Super Lage, tolle Gastgeberin und großes Zimmer!

Positiv: Sehr gute Beschreibung mit Fotos der Gastgeberin um die Unterkunft und Schlüssel 🔑 zu finden. Die Lage ist super und das Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist super offen und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich komme gerne wieder

Positiv: Great sized room. Within a short distance to the u/s Bahn. It’s an older building, so I didn’t mind. I wanted to have a real Berlin experience in a real Berlin flat. It’s not a hotel, but you have most of the basics available. Treat it like staying with your friend in a flat situation. I can now say “ich bin ein Berliner”. If returning to Berlin, I would definitely return if the room was available.

Negativ: As a foreign person, it can be difficult if you are not familiar with things that are basic to most Germans (such as opening a door lock, which is not as easy as it sounds). But that is part of the learning experience as a traveller.

WHAT IF EVERYTHING TURNS OUT GOOD?

Positiv: As I walked in, the place felt both familiar and a little wild at the same time—what else would one expect in Berlin? The exquisite pieces of fashion and those fabulous hair rugs tell me the secret story of the owner. I discovered the bathtub—so I slipped in and am now resting in the foam. GREAT place GREAT neighborhood GREAT HOST !!!!

Negativ: For this place I really do not have anything I didn't like.,.,., Sometimes the good things like this happen in your life. So if you are like that - enjoy WHAT IF EVERYTHING TURNS OUT OK?

Positiv: Very central. Ideal for someone solo travelling. The hostess Jamie is lovely & very helpful if you need any advise.

Nice cosy room, very kind host, good value for money

Positiv: Very nice host, big room, very comfortable bad, nice, lively area of Berlin, easy to use public T transport and reach everywhere.

Everything went smooth and perfect!

Positiv: Jamie (the owner) is a very kind, cute and open minded person, she helps with anything you ask. The accomodation is just perfectly located in the city, quiet and spacious. We asked for towels and bedsheets and Jamie got everything we needed! Highly recommended owner, place and experience. We had the best time in Berlin!🥰

Просторная комната с большой кроватью

Positiv: Жилье представляет собой аккуратную просторную комнату с большой кроватью. Находится в 3-комнатной квартире на втором этаже жилого дома (лифта в подъезде нет). Особенность этого варианта в том, что жильцу доступны только сама комната и санузел. Кухня расположена в хозяйской зоне, и доступ туда ограничен. Что-то разогреть или приготовить можно (по согласованию с владелицей), но поесть не получится, потому что на кухне нет ни стола, ни стульев. В самой комнате принимать пищу тоже не совсем удобно, как и работать, потому что там нет полноценного стола (только невысокий журнальный). Другими словами, это жилье исключительно для ночевок. Несмотря на то что недалеко от дома проходит трамвайная линия, в комнате при закрытом окне довольно тихо. Однозначный плюс – хорошая локализация: практически самый центр Берлина, недалеко от центрального ж/д вокзала.
