Great location. Safe apartment. Quirky layout.

Positiv: This is a basement property in a lovely area of Berlin. There was little street noise and the main bedroom is at the back of the property so was lovely and quiet. WiFi was good and there were lots of good restaurants and cafes near by. Easy for transport too. Lots of space if there is a few of you.

Negativ: As it’s a basement property you missed a view but the location made up for it. The room configuration is a bit odd with one bed near the kitchen so you had mouse from the fridge. The pillows weren’t great and more than one each would have been great. Berlin is pricey but it felt pricey.

Positiv: Excellent location - quiet but walking distance to many attractions. Shops and restaurants are also very close by. The apartment is very clean and well equipped.

Negativ: The listing on booking.com was not clear on the number of beds and bedrooms. There is only 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 double bed in a living area, and a single sofa bed in a living area.

Positiv: Великолепное местоположение. До всех достопримечательностей подать рукой, метро рядом. Кафе для завтрака, рестораны и бары рядом. Магазины в 350 м. А за задней дверью парк и детская площадка. Отличный вариант

Negativ: Спиральная машина подтекала, но я устранил сам. Было тяжело найти паркинг, но в итоге нашел в 1,3 км(выходные за 9 евро, затем заменил паркинг на 18 евро в сутки).

Great location and a comfortable apartment for a family stay.

Positiv: The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped, the kitchen has everything needed. We especially liked the central location – many attractions, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. Direct street access was very convenient, even though the apartment is on the lower ground floor. The apartment is spacious and perfectly suitable for a family stay. Communication with the host was easy, even though the check-in and check-out were self-service.

Negativ: Only a few minor things. The washing machine has no nearby power outlet, so we could not use it without an extension cord, which was not available in the apartment. The photos made us assume it could be used in the bathroom, although this is not mentioned in the listing. We also did not find a hair dryer in the apartment. It would also be nice to have a pair of house slippers available. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Positiv: La ubicación del piso es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad, está cerca de una estación de metro y tiene muchísimos restaurantes buenos cerca. Es espacioso y está muy bien equipado.

Negativ: El colchón de la habitación del fondo era más incómodo que el ubicado en la entrada del piso.

Positiv: Wspaniała lokalizacja, wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. Byliśmy z trojka dzieci i wszedzie bylismy w stanie dojsc na pieszo, tylko do muru berlinskiego podjechalismy samochodem. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i idealnie pasowal na potrzeby 5 osobowej rodziny. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Dolaczam sie do opinii o idealnym cisnieniu wody pod prysznicem, swietny relaks po calodziennych wedrowkach. Na pochwale zasluguje personel, ktory od poczatku do konca zdal egzamin na 5. Pomimo, ze mialam obawy, gdyz obiekt mial tylko 4 opinie, warto bylo zaryzykowac.

Negativ: Szkoda, ze nie ma miejsca parkingowego, ale obsluga chetnie podpowie gdzie mozna najtaniej zaparkowac.

Clean, bright and spacious basement apartment close to many of Berlin's top sights.

Positiv: Really enjoyed the location, it was close enough to walk to the tram/u-bahn stations or to enjoy a leisurely walk to nearby locations like the Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island. The location felt very safe. Functional kitchen with many included tools. Very nice shower - best water pressure I've had in a long time! Comfortable and LARGE beds. I searched many places to find a king size bed instead of the standard where two beds are pushed together. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Negativ: This is a basement apartment which wasn't super clear in the listing. The entrance was accessible right from the street via stairs going down instead of via the apartment building lobby indoors. Take a look at the pictures with the stairs. This would not have affected my decision to rent the apartment, but others might feel differently with that info.
