Positiv: Super Lage, verkehrsgünstig und ruhig. Modern, funktional, Wohn- und Schlafbereiche getrennt, daher gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Funktionen der Küchengeräte 1. Bad großzügig Tipp für nächste Gäste: Günstigste Tiefgarage im Hotel Aqiuno, Einfahrt Hannoversche Straße (18€ je 24 Stunden)

Negativ: „2. Bad“ zwischen den Schlafräumen ist nur eine Toilette Küchenausstattung etwas zu minimalistisch zum selbst kochen Sehr staubig unter den Betten

Positiv: Alles war, wie man es sich wünscht! Top Lage, zuverlässiger und super netter Check in, Wohnung sehr groß und hell und super gemütliche Betten

Negativ: Etwas Staub auf den Lampen, aber das ist sehr kleinlich

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem Hinterhof. Zentral gelegen als guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tage in Berlin. Super war auch die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, so ging der Tag gut an.

Negativ: Alles ok.

Gelungenes langes Wochenende in Berlin

Positiv: Geräumig, ruhig, elegante Ausstattung. Komfortabel. Unkompliziert.

Negativ: Wir haben nicht herausgefunden, wie man klassisches Fernsehen schauen kann. Ein zweiter Müllbeutel wäre gut gewesen. ( Luxusprobleme)

Positiv: Top Lage. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Leuten da. War für uns perfekt.

Negativ: Fenster zum Hof, wo es hallt. Mit offenen Fenstern konnte man den Abend nicht in der Wohnung verbringen.

Einfach super 👍

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, gerade für uns als Familie war es super. Die Kinder hatten genug Platz zum Spielen und wir zum entspannen. Das Interieur war modern, man hat alles gefunden was man benötigt. Persönlich war ich schon in vielen AirBNB‘s, jedoch in keinem was in den Punkten Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Interieur mich zu Frieden gestellt hat. Jedoch in diesem Apartment waren alle Punkte erfüllt. Wir konnten als Familie den Kurztrip richtig genießen. Ich kann es nur sehr empfehlen. 👍

Positiv: Everything was as described in the pictures and it also had extras (coffee, hairdryer etc). Good location next to a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and close to a tram stop. Beds were comfortable.

Negativ: The place was generally clean but it could be cleaner (for instance it was dirty under the couch and there was also a receipt by the previous residents)

Excellent stay, would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Positiv: Excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Great communication throughout.

Negativ: Nothing wrong with the property, just the neighbours who were renovating which woke us up at 7am each day. Not the property owners fault.

Peaceful base in Mitte

Positiv: Great location - easy to walk to city centre. Good public transport links. Local shops and restaurants.

Negativ: Property listing should not state there are two bathrooms. The facility on the floor with the bedrooms only has a wc and sink - no shower or bath.

Comfortable and convenient apartment with lots of nice touches and very efficient check in and out.

Positiv: The apartment was well located within easy walking distance of a small supermarket and a number of cafes and restaurants as well as the tram and train network. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom modern and well equipped and everything was very clean. The property is on two stories and sits behind a street facing apartment block which you have to walk through to get in and out. This meant that there was no street noise and the property felt quite secure.

Negativ: We knew this from earlier reviews but the upstairs bathroom (between the bedrooms) is just a toilet and small basin. The shower is downstairs (between the kitchen and living room). The stairs between upstairs and downstairs are shut off from the living and sleeping space with locking doors and that stairwell is not heated. The carpet on the stairs is rough underfoot. Not a real problem for us (4 adults) but worth being aware of. The two bedrooms are also of very unequal size.
