We had a good stay at a great place

Positiv: The rooms are big and it is a beautiful place. Very happy to come home after a busy day.

Negativ: In some drawers there were things left from the owner, and not everything was perfect clean (it was okay though)

Positiv: Lovely place. Location was perfect. We arrived late due to flight delays and Niklas arranged our late check in and allowed us to even check out a bit later.

Negativ: Communication with the host was slow and delayed. Spare bedroom bathroom was clogged It would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the appliances and light fixtures

Positiv: The apartment is spacious and intelligently designed. It is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. We visited during the Europa Cup 2024 and our host helped us determine how to view the games on television, answering many questions and walking us through the connection process. He was very kind and patient during this process. The apartment is in close proximity to public transport, many grocery stores and restaurants. Excellent experience overall!

Positiv: Extra large apartment with two en suite bathrooms. Well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent location central to lots of attractions.

Negativ: Better lighting in the lounge area would be good.

Overall great stay in a roomy apartment in a great area.

Positiv: This is a beautiful property with easy access to transportation and services in the area. More than enough room for me and my two adult children.

Negativ: It would be helpful to have written information on operating the climate control system, recycling, and trash disposal in the suite or available online. The weather was very warm while we were in Berlin and we had no instructions on how to cool the apartment.
