Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Viel Platz, sehr sauber und gut gelegen.

Positiv: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist schnell am Nordbahnhof, Bahnhof Friedrichstr.. Cafes, Apotheke, Rewe, dm, alles in der Nähe

Negativ: Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung und es wäre gut, wenn eine kleine Anleitung zur Bedienung der Heizung vorhanden wäre. Wir haben immer versucht die Heizung runterzuschalten, leider ohne Erfolg.

Positiv: It was spacious, had really comfortable beds and the staff and owner were very attentive. It was well located and warm as well as nicely furnished. It was perfect for our needs.

Spacious and cozy apartment in a nice location

Positiv: The apartment is in a great condition, equipped with all necessities. Very bright and spacious. Finding a parking spot might be a bit challenging especially in the evening but it’s justified considering the location. Overall, we had a nice stay

Excellent stay in central Berlin

Positiv: Great, spacious and spotless flat in central Mitte. Comfortable beds and well equipped with a lovely wet room/shower and delicious grind-to-cup coffee. Perfect for walking to all of central Berlin’s attractions. Quiet, laid-back neighbourhood with excellent cafes, bars, shops and restaurants nearby.

Negativ: We loved the property. It’s one of a few neighbourhood doors in central Mitte which retain legacy graffiti on the outside but this does not reflect the safe and laid back neighbourhood or indeed the interior of the building.

Recommendation !

Positiv: Nice and clean apartment in Berlin Mitte. Easy check in and check out. Excellent location to all political and cultural sites. A bit pricey but that account for all accommodation in this area. Compared to others almost a steal. Ik can highly recommend this place

Negativ: The facade of the multi appartement property would need some new paint for a better first impression. However, the appartment itself is just beautiful and tastefully decorated

Easy access to most of Berlin

Positiv: The property was lovely! Well decorated, clean, comfortable and centrally located. It’s on the ground floor so easy to access and secure. The managers were also very accomodating of our late check out request and were very quick to respond. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

Positiv: It is an apartment with a very ordinary appearance. However, when you enter the room, you will find that it is very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet. Easy access to buses. Kitchen and washing machine were easy to use. It was very comfortable to stay here. By the way, the landlord is a handsome gentleman. He lives nearby and is always ready to solve problems for us. I look forward to staying at this apartment again.
