Super Base für eine tolle Zeit in Berlin

Positiv: Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet alles bietet was man braucht. Super gelegen an der Station Friedrichstraße. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Oase der Stille im Herzen von Berlin

Positiv: Tolle Lage aber trotzdem ruhig, Balkon ein Traum und Berlin sowieso

Positiv: Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter; die Unterkunft ist familienfreundlich und sehr zu empfehlen

Positiv: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with good quality essentials supplied.

Negativ: The check-in instructions were not clear, so it was tricky to find the key lock box to get into the apartment.

Positiv: We had a great comunication with the owner! Apartment is big,spacious and clean. Location is great.

Excellent apartment for sightseeing

Positiv: Excellent spot to start a sightseeing tour in Berlin. There is a parking garage directly next to the entrance of the building. The apartment was clean and there is enough space for a small group of people.

Negativ: The explanation regarding the Check-in should be updated. It's quite easy to get into the apartment when you have the correct information :)

A wonderfully located and well equipped apartment perfect to enjoy the sights of Berlin.

Positiv: Wonderful location, clean, warm and spacious. Our host was very prompt with responding to all messages.

Such a good location, great food options, perfect for visiting a great city.

Positiv: The location was about as good as can be - so close to all the public transport options, walking distance to plenty of major attractions, close to useful shops/restaurants. The facilities (kitchen, bathroom) were clean and well provisioned. Access was straightforward. The host was accessible, helpful, and quick to respond - great communication throughout.

Negativ: Soft furnishings were a little on the minimalist side for me; this is an apartment to use as a base, not to spend lots of time in, I think. That's not to say it was uncomfortable - but definitely function over indulgence.

In general everything was good.

Positiv: Location wise, it was perfect. House itself and appartement was stylish and cool! There was some nice extras for the children-Playstation and 2 tv-s, bathtub next to the shower, in the kitchen were everything what you needed as well. Host was answering all my questions fast and as well showed interest for the feedback.

Negativ: - The physical keys location.. as i read before as well, its quite difficult to get it, specially when its dark and raining. - So little options to put your things away, would be nice to have counter or two more. - When you sleep in the livingroom, its pretty noisy: bar against the house, as well hotel, you can hear everything from the street and hallway. - so early check out - 10am Although host offered me later check out for 6eur( 11am) it is still so early. Would be nice to have common check out time - 11am

a house full of light and peaceful energy, would recommend!

Positiv: The house position it’s clearly a great advantage. It’s near the city most famous monuments (Brandenburg Tor, the parliament with the glass dome…) and it’s also close to both a metro and a train station. Other than this, the house it’s very good-looking and extremely clean.
