Homely Berlin - Chic Flat

Gemütlich und unkompliziert, bestimmt super für längere Aufenthalte!

Positiv: Leicht erreichbar, unkomplizierte, rasche und vor allem freundliche Kommunikation sowie Anweisungen. Betten waren super komfortabel, Unterkunft war super sauber - hier ist nichts auszusetzen.

Negativ: Das einzige was im negativen zu bemerken wäre sind die Fenster, da diese etwas kalte Luft hinein ziehen und etwas Lautstärke von außen zu hören ist. Die dicken Samtvorhänge blockieren dies jedoch, sowie auch die Heizungen welche sehr schnell die Räumlichkeiten aufwärmen.

Zentral gelegene schöne Fewo - gut geeignet für Kurztrip nach Berlin

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut, man gelangt fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Spots. Der Friedrichstadtpalast liegt fast vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Schön ist, dass WC, Dusche und Waschbecken in separaten Räumen verbaut sind.

Negativ: Die Straßenbahn direkt unter den Schlafzimmer-Fenstern war schon sehr laut, also besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Das zweite Bett ist nur 140 cm, könnte auch besser 160 cm sein, wie das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer.

A wonderful place and wonderful people running it.

Positiv: Everything was perfect! Great location and top-notch customer service. The patient lady answered all my questions. Small packets of jellies on the cushions are the sweetest surprise. You can feel like a true Berliner in this flat, which is fantastically decorated, high-ceilinged and very spacious. I am incredibly grateful! I recommend it to everyone.

Great location

Positiv: The location is fantastic it you want to do all the tourist attractions. Great cafe right next door for breakfast and some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Negativ: No lounge area to unwind at the end of the day. The blackout blinds didn’t fit the windows. There is traffic noise but this was only to be expected in a city.

Very good accommodation and hosts

Positiv: The accommodation is spacious and very clean. All the rooms have everything you need. The accommodation is conveniently located. The hosts communicate very friendly and helpfull.

Great Location

Positiv: The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the property is amazing. There is a tram stop outside and also access to the underground station opposite and the windows are super great at keeping out the noise of the trams. Though it was also very easy to walk to lots of the local shops, restaurants and historical buildings. There is a large supermarket less than 5 minute walk from the apartment which is great when self-catering. Check in instructions were very clear including a video and that was great. The hosts contacted us to make sure we had settled in and had everything we needed and it was nice to feel that they were accessible if needed. Wifi worked well.

Negativ: There isn't a lounge area so nowhere to sit together apart from around the kitchen table or sitting on your bed to watch TV.

Great place, would stay again

Positiv: Amazing location, just by the U bahn. Lovely restaurants and bars close by. Easy to get everywhere.

Negativ: It was noisy with the trams going past but you got used to it.

Positiv: Clean, comfortable and well looked after. Comfy beds and great facilities. Location is excellent also.

Positiv: The location is perfect. We loved the neigbourhood. It was easy to access the underground, tram and close to all shopping and eating facilities.
