Cozy 2 room apartment next to Hermannstraße

Positiv: Ich musste drei Tage beruflich nach Berlin und brauchte eine Unterkunft, die geografisch in der Nähe der Messe lag, die ich besuchte. Da ich generell Berlin – insbesondere Neukölln – für ein XXXXX XXXX halte, war meine Erwartungshaltung gering. Die Unterkunft hat mich dann aber doch positiv überrascht. Also Wohnung passt. :)

Für mich perfekt , ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt 😊

Positiv: Die Lage war für mich perfekt, das kleine Appartement genau richtig - alles bestens!

Negativ: Das Bad ist sehr eng, aber für eine kleine Reise absolut ok

Positiv: Es war sauber, es gab alles , was ich brauchte, für 4 Tage, absolut ausreichend.

Negativ: Das Bad, die Dusche zu klein, kein vorläge Tuch vor der Dusche.

Positiv: Nice, quiet apartment. Location very near the underground station, grocery stores and small restaurants. Staff available for any question.

Negativ: The apartment could have been cleaner.

Appartment with good price/quality

Positiv: Location is ok, it is near some Metro stations, we chose this apartment as we needed to be near the route of the bus to the airport. The apartment was clean,warm, Internet was good and price/quality was ok.

Negativ: The bathroom is not your usual shape/size and the apartment needed some minor refurbishments. The small bedroom has barely no natural lighting.

Positiv: Flat easy to access and the self check-in is convenient. Close to the subway and have all the necessary furniture (kitchen, towels, soap...).

Negativ: The bathroom (and wc) is quite small and narrow.

A solid place to stay in a great neighborhood.

Positiv: Nice size and all amenities. The neighborhood was perfect with many differennt types of foos, resyaurants and coffee.

Negativ: The bathroom is tiny and the shower is as well. The shower door could also use some repair.

Comfortable apartment at a decent price

Positiv: Large sized apartment dor the price. Could probably sleep 6 if you needed to.

Negativ: The apartment is a little worn and was clean-ish. Beds and linens seemed very clean. They seem to have an ant problem but it is a first floor apartment. Some mold in the bathroom. Bathroom is very small which is weird because the apartment is fairly spacious generally. The area is perhaps a little sketchy—probably depends on your tolerance for that sort of thing. There are signs in the building that say to make sure to pull the doors shut as there have been multiple burglaries in the area. There is street parking but it seems like it’s at a premium.

Positiv: Casa comoda per 4 persone, come i letti spazi e divano. Posizione ottima con metro sotto casa. Siamo stati molto bene. Ci ritornerei

Negativ: Bagno piccolino e camera da letto con vetro non oscurabile, ma non entra molta luce perché da sul cortile interno. Non c'è possibilità di check in prima delle 16 se non pagando, anche se è self service con codice che viene inviato alle 13

Positiv: Quartier très calme et à proximité de beaucoup de commerces, à 2 min à pied d'une station de métro de la U8. Appartement très fonctionnel, service client réactif. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
