Positiv: Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Sie ist groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt total praktisch und war super sauber. Das war toll!

Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben!

Positiv: Ich habe mich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt und habe das großzügige Raumgefühl sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist reduziert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Trotz Erdgeschoss ist es sehr hell und freundlich. Selten habe ich eine Wohnung so sauber und aufgeräumt erlebt. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Negativ: Für meinen Geschmack waren die Matratzen einen Tick zu hart, mein Mann fand das wiederum ganz gut.

Positiv: The apartment is excellent. It’s spacious, clean, bright, and comfortable. The photos accurately represent what it’s like. It’s great for a group of several people or a family. It has two large bedrooms, and everything is nice and clean. It’s close to the U-Bahn station, and for us the location was great, although it depends a lot on what you expect from that particular part of Berlin. I also love that the apartment isn’t cluttered with unnecessary items or furniture, and that it has space both for working and for relaxing.

Negativ: Everything was great. I have no complaints. In terms of facilities, we were missing an iron—though it’s possible we just didn’t find it in the apartment. But if I had asked the host, I’m sure they would have provided one quickly and easily. Truly, nothing but the highest praise.

Positiv: The apartment is large, clean, and spacious. It is tastefully decorated, with a well-thought-out and cohesive interior design. It includes all the necessary amenities. We stayed there in winter, and it was warm inside. The metro is nearby, and there’s free parking on the street. We stayed with three kids, and everyone was happy. Communication with the apartment owner was excellent. We highly recommend this apartment as a great base for exploring the city by metro. If we decide to visit Berlin again, we will definitely consider staying here.

Negativ: The only downside is that there’s no designated place to dispose of a garbage bag. Small, narrow bathroom.

Will be booking here again! Satisfied all our needs and more:)

Positiv: It’s very spacious (minus the bathroom) plenty of room for the three of us. It’s conveniently located near the U Bahn and the S Bahn. The bathroom is quite narrow but still was very usable (minus the lack of shower gel in the shower). It was spotless, the beds are stiff but very much to our liking and all of the heating worked which was perfect for how cold it was that weekend.

Negativ: Only the fact that the bathroom did not have shower gel.

Clean and comfortable place to stay for a group of friends or family with kids, everything you might need is there :)

Positiv: The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Philipp is super nice and was very helpful - we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Positiv: Very clean and cozy apartment with all the furnitures, a full kitchen and comfortable beds.

Positiv: Super appartement décoré avec goût, chauffé généreusement, spacieux et très bien équipé. Très bien isolé et calme bien qu'étant au rez-de-chaussée ! Communication très facile et efficace avec Philipp. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun!

Negativ: Un havre de paix au milieu d'un quartier très divers et qui peut s'avérer mouvementé

Positiv: Overall, amazing place. Super clean, great location, quiet at night, prompt and responsive host, high ceilings, great vibes. :)

Negativ: The beds I loved which were nice and firm. However, the pillows were not real pillows. They felt really flimsy and were uncomfortable and more like large cushions. It would be nice for the owner to buy real pillows for the bed. Perhaps buy firm pillows and soft pillows and let the guests choose which ones they want to use.
