Schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Hauptstadt.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage mitten in Kreuzberg. Viele interessante Restaurants in der Nähe. Gute Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr - U-Bahn in 8 Minuten zu Fuß.

Schickes, kleines smartes Apartment in urbaner Lage mit zu harten Matratzen.

Positiv: Wirklich smarte, schicke und gleichzeitig praktikable Einrichtung. Super urbane Lage in Kreuzberg.

Negativ: Die Futtonmatratzen waren so hart, dass an einen erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Die Lage in einem ehemaligen Ladengeschäft war gewöhnungsbedürftig aber durch Sichtschutz und Rolladen gut gelöst.

Positiv: perfect location. arrival easy and staff incredibly helpful

Positiv: Great location, easy access to public transport into Berlin. Martin was really friendly and helpful. Lovely modern and clean interior, clever use of space and nicely laid out.

Negativ: Mattresses very firm and some noise at night, but easily solved with ear plugs.

Positiv: Excellent host, all new, dishwasher and washer machine. All available for comfort. The host prepared everything: Dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea, coffee, etc.

Negativ: Entrance from the street - it was cold. The second floor has no space. There were no covers on the beds, so everything was very dusty. The stairs to the second floor are very dangerous because there are no railings on one side and it is very narrow, there is a risk of falling. dangerous for children

Nice, spotless, good location and quiet at night

Positiv: Nice location, place was spotless clean and beautiful interior. Street was quiet at night and close to the metro. Eva welcomed us nicely and pointed some things in the apartment out for us. Very nice stay and we would love to stay here again when we are in Berlin sometime!!

Negativ: Nothing, everything was great. Maybe a 2 person blanket would be nice for couples instead of singular ones. We found dishsoap and other products that were already in the apartment. Maybe oil and some spices would fit too because we forgot those when we did groceries, but everything was super great already!! 😊

Fantastic Place

Positiv: Everything here is fantastic. Check in was easy and with a great host who was available always if needed and in the same building. Facilities were all great also with a brand new kitchen, comfy couch and beds, secure with private entrance and of course, in the best part of Berlin!

Positiv: Apto bem equipado. Limpo. Bastantes utensilios domésticos.Instalações novas. Fácil acesso. Espetacular atenção do funcionário. Ótima e pronta resposta as necessidade. Embora não atrapalhe a avaliação positiva, somente um pequeno incômodo com trânsito de pessoas no andar de cima. Recomendo bem a moradia. Parabéns pela forma de acolher.

Negativ: Um pequeno barulho a noite com trânsito de pessoas no andar acima do apto.

Super pratique, confortable et cosy

Positiv: Super bien placés pour bien manger le soir et se balader Arrêt de bus très pratique juste devant. Bien équipé

Negativ: Le logement se trouve au rez de chaussée, on peut entendre le bruit de la rue quand on dort dans la mezzanine.
