Positiv: The location is excellent The size of the flat is really comfortable

Negativ: Instructions are lacking. Checking in was an ordeal, very difficult, had to call repeatedly to get help and received incomplete and wrong information. I suggest revise all of the instructions and add pictures to make it easy as well as ensure that the codes given are correct. The whole drama put me so much behind that I missed dinner with friends, my flight was late on top of it. Also instructions in the property itself on how to operate certain thing (I could find a way to turn half of the bathroom lights, what to do with the trash, I used the containers outside) would help.

Stylish dark home in Schöneberg

Positiv: Stylish apartment on the ground floor, you enter from the yard directly to your bedroom :) Very clean and fresh, has basics in the kitchen (tea, salt, sugar). Really responsove host Yael, easy to communicate. Good big bed to rest your feet after long walks. S-bahn station is just next to the apartment, easy to navigate although it´s a bit out of center.

Negativ: As it´s in the shared yard and ground floor (+ right now there are construction works) - almost zero natural light in this very dark walled apartment. And compared very many Airbnb´s I have stayed - there is no flexibility to leave later (check out already 10 am) or come earlier. It might be possible only for an extra fee. As it´s not a cheap accomodation I found it a bit not-welcoming.

Very pleased with the property. Some areas need work

Positiv: Location was great. Well organized. The after-hour staff was exceptional when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

Negativ: Send Wi-Fi information before you arrive. Was not able to use the Wi-Fi for a day and a half. Additional call required. Comforter needs to be rid of bed bugs. Lighting fixture above dining room table is a hazard bang my head several times even cut my forehead. Graffiti should be removed a can of paint does not cost much. This seems to be a major problem in the neighborhood but there's graffiti on the inside walls as well.

Positiv: spacious apartment with many conveniences: nice bathroom, nice kitchen, living room/sitting area. residential location is convenient to subway and grocery store, many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Negativ: very little light as it is a ground floor unit. door opens from building courtyard right into bedroom. otherwise really great.

Positiv: Un très bel appartement bien équipé. Hôte disponible. Belle décoration. Bonne connexion WI-FI. Logement bien situé (à proximité d'une station de métro)

Negativ: L'accès principale à l'immeuble pas comme prévu: il n'était pas notifié l'accès au coffre des clés (heureusement, l'hôte était à disposition). Dommage car l'entrée donne directement sur la chambre. Peu de lumière naturelle.

Positiv: Ligging nabij openbaar vervoer, de inrichting van het appartement.

Negativ: De matrassen van het bed niet van optimale kwaliteit. Maar de eigenaar aangesproken en ging er iets aan doen.
