Nie da gewesen - Schade...

Positiv: Der Minitel Besitzer ist sehr hilfreich. Schade das wir sein Hotel nie gesichtet haben, da booking.com unseren Buchungs-Versuch storniert, zurückbezahlt, dann wieder eingezogen hat: dreimal. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Negativ: Booking.com hat Minitel über die eigene Stornierung NICHT informiert. Die haben uns erwartet, doch wir hatten längst woanders reserviert - auch über Booking.com! Mehrere Freunde sind aufgrund ähnlicher Erfahrungen zu anderen Portalen gewechselt.

Positiv: I had everything I needed in this apartment, easy to check in and check out. Cosy, comfortable, well decorated space. Perfect location in Neuköln, U8 and buses right here. I recommend. The overall rating for this place should be definitely higher.

Practical stay for basic needs. clean and affordable.

Positiv: Everything i needed for a short stay. Location is good for take away food.

Cozy place with a balcony

Positiv: I really liked the vintage vibe going on in the room and that it was quite spacious and quiet. I also loved the Tempelhofer Feld and U Bahn were so close, the location is convenient for discovery of the East side of Berlin

Buena experiencia para grupo de tres

Positiv: La habitación com tres camas y cocina pequeña nos gustó mucho. No era muy grande pero para nuestro grupo de 3 tenia lo justo para tener una buena estancia. Las camas eran cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Aunque no está muy cerca de la zona céntrica de la ciudad, está perfectamente comunicado con metro.

Negativ: La cama pequeña tenia problemas con el somier, al sentarte en ella algunas de las tablas se soltaban y había que ponerlas todo el rato. Por otro lado, los dos fuegos funcionaban bien pero nos costó entender su funcionamiento, sería útil dejar unas instrucciones.

Positiv: Property Manager Fabrice was very responsive. The apartment was excellent for large groups. It provides much privacy and with 3 bathrooms, it is very functional. The place was very clean.

Cambiar LAS SABANAS

Positiv: La persona con la que hablé en el teléfono fue muy atenta muchas gracias fue una persona muy educada

Negativ: CAMBIAR SABANAS La sábana de las camas no estaban limpias ya habían sido usadas las camas sí estaban arregladas pero las sábanas y la funda de la almohada no olían a limpio y ya habían sido usadas eso nos dejó un poco triste fue lo único porque todo lo demás estuvo bien

Positiv: Quartier très calme la nuit. Appartement spacieux, propre et confortable. Nous avions un problème de robinet à l'arrivée et le propriétaire a directement réagit en nous dédommageant pour le problème. Le métro est tout prês, et il y a de bons restaurants dans le quartier.

جيدة مقابل المال والدخول ذاتي

Positiv: قريب من السوبرماركت والمطاعم ومحطة الباص تقريبا يبعد 5 دقايق والمترو 14 دقيقه مشي

Negativ: فيه رائحه ليست جيدة في الحمام ولكن مقبول بسبب عدم استخدام الحمام بشكل مستمر
