Ideale Wohnung für Städtereise aber auch für Businesstripps als Homebase

Positiv: Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Grosse Küche, grosses Bad. Ideal dass zusätzlich eine Toilette separat ist. Die Betten sind perfekt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, es gibt unzählige gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Negativ: Wir hatten etwas kühl und kamen mit dem automatischen Heizsytem nicht so gut klar.

Positiv: We felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described. Very spacious and clean. It's located in the heart of Berlin, convenient for walking and using public transportation. There's a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Leon was a wonderful host and was quick to respond when needed. We highly recommend.

Negativ: no elevator.

Positiv: Perfect day everything was well sort out and clean. Carmen was warm and location was good.

Perfect Family Apartment

Positiv: A perfect spacious apatment for a family Located within walking distance of the Cathederal and Musuem Island and numerous public transport links and options. We had a perfect 12 day vacation, hassle free.

Negativ: ..

Lovely flat, great for friends or a family.

Positiv: Spacious, modern kitchen for cooking enthusiasts (the property is conveniently located near the Rewe store, a must-visit). Rooms are cozy, and the living room is filled with natural light, featuring a large screen for watching TV.

Negativ: Nothing in regards to the flat.

Lovely, bright, clean and well equipped apartment

Positiv: The apartment was very spacious and clean, all amenities were provided for our stay. The property is central for all the parts of Berlin, whether on foot or transport. Locally, a good selection of eating establishments and supermarkets. Leon was a brilliant host, and made contact quickly if necessary. Highly recommended by happy travellers

Negativ: Nothing. If you have any mobility issues this might not be the best choice for you as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment though this wasn’t a problem for us.

Positiv: The apartment was very clean and fully equipped , the location was fantastic with a great neighbourhood to find nice cafes and food. The building inside is quite old and not renovated. The apartment was smelling of tobacco, probably from the previous tenants.

Negativ: The apartment was great and the owners were very attentive. However, despite the great location and the quality we found the apartment expensive.

We loved it! It’s the perfect cozy but cool, huge, Berlin Mitte apartment that you just want to stay in!

Positiv: The location, the tasteful interior, the size, the friendliness off the hosts!! 10/10

Positiv: Très bien équipé (notamment cuisine), spacieux, calme, propre, très bien situé.

Negativ: Les deux autres hôtes de 80 ans auraient aimé un ascenseur !
