Wir waren zufrieden würden es für maximal 3 Personen nochmal buchen :)

Positiv: Sehr schöne Optik, sehr sauber das Bett oben sehr gemütlich. Optimale Größe, sehr viel Platz. Preis-Leistung ist Top

Negativ: Das Schlafsofa ist leider zu zweit etwas klein für die Person die rechts liegt ist es zusätzlich sehr ungemütlich.

Positiv: nette Appartments in Kreuzberg. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, in direkter Umgebung ist nicht so viel aber der Neighbourhood hat viel zu bieten

Negativ: Etwas laut da direkt an der Hauptstraße und unser Appartment im EG zur Straße raus. Leider keine Möglichkeit Gepäck zu parken nach Zimmer checkout

Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Positiv: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Netter Kontakt. Bei Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage. Wir konnten alle Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr geräumiges und angenehmes Zimmer. Unkompliziert beim Einchecken. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Appartement.

Positiv: We liked pretty much everything in this apartment: location is great, bed is comfy, white new bed linen, great towels, clean, kitchen has everything needed.

Negativ: There is a film on the window so that people passing by cannot see you as apartment is located on the very ground floor, but on the other hand, you yourself cannot see anything...

Positiv: Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Very clean. Clear instructions on how to access. Spacious bathroom with a good powerful shower.

Negativ: Wasn't an issue for us but be aware the steps to the bed are very steep.

The apartment is equipped with all the basic necessities, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The host was incredibly polite and attentive. They responded to my inquiries almost immediately, ensuring that I had all the information I needed for a smooth stay

Negativ: The apartment is situated on the first floor with windows facing the street, which offers easy access to the vibrant life of Berlin. However, this also means that the apartment is exposed to street noise from passing pedestrians and vehicles. The location is central, making it convenient for exploring the city, but the noise can be a significant drawback for those seeking a peaceful retreat. To enhance privacy, the windows are covered with a non-transparent film. While this ensures that outsiders cannot see into the apartment, it also limits natural light and views. You may find this feature somewhat restrictive, as it creates a more enclosed feeling within the space.

Positiv: The style of how it is structured. It feels like home

Negativ: We didn’t have enough pillows. We each only had 1 per person and it was too soft and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect. A little addition, maybe add slippers for your guests. Nevertheless, the TV is a big bonus and Artem was very helpful
