Positiv: Super zentral , aber ruhig zugleich . Sauber und sehr schöne Möbel . Neben an gleich ein Bäcker und ein Kaffee .

Negativ: Die obere Etage ist aufgrund der Deckenhöhe mehr für kleinere Personen geeignet.

Einfach top

Positiv: Super sauber und sehr geräumig. Alle Möbel sind neu und hochwertig und fühlt sich einfach nur wohl.

Preis Leistung super

Positiv: Es war alles schön eingerichtet, Betten bequem, auch das ausziehbare Sofa. Außerdem lag das Appartement Nr.6 ruhig gelegen. Nur auf dem Flur ist es hellhörig, wenn andere Gäste laut auf dem Gang reden.

Negativ: Es fehlten noch zum Beispiel ein paar Teebeutel und Kaffeepads für die Maschine von Bosch. Bei eintägigen Aufenthalten kauft man dies nicht alles neu. Als zusätzliches Goody wäre es gästefreundlich:-)

Schön designtes Appartement mit fehlendem Ausblick

Positiv: alles nagelneu, sauber, großzügig, viel Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Heizung funktioniert gut, gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in

Negativ: Es ist nicht möglich rauszugucken, da die Fenster komplett mit Milchglas versehen sind, zudem lassen sich die Fenster nur einen Minispalt öffnen. Wie das Wetter draußen ist, lässt sich so nur schwer erkennen. Im Bad fehlt ein Duschvorleger und in der Küche ein Geschirrtuch. 2-3 Kaffeekapseln (tassimo) und 2-3 Teebeutel wären zur Begrüßung schön gewesen.

Positiv: Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zentral und gut zu erreichen

Negativ: Keine Parkplätze, Bauarbeiten am Morgen. Treppen etwas gefährlich für Kleinkinder

Lovely flat, all we needed in a great location

Positiv: Ideal location, with a bus stop just steps outside the door and walking distance to local cafes and Checkpoint Charlie. Lovely not to have to worry about a physical key! The Christmas tree in the main building entry hallway is lovely, as was the decoration throughout. Brilliant big TV with loads of channels. Fantastic shower.

Negativ: Top tip: watch the video on door codes before you arrive (and maybe take a torch or use a phone light), the tiny door entry pad is hard to find in the dark at night! Softer loo roll would have been great, and the cupboard door knob downstairs needs fixing. We didn’t manage to fully shut the very long curtains (I’m sure there is a way) The flat was very very warm and hard to work out how to make it cooler.

Can’t wait to return

Positiv: Very good location, perfect for what we were looking for. I was in Berlin for the NFL game but I’m already looking at returning next year with the wife and will definitely be booking here if it’s available!

Negativ: Nothing! It was all good

Pleasant stay

Positiv: There were good amenities and it was spacious and comfortable.

Negativ: There were mosquitoes in our room when we entered, even though it definitely wasn't hot weather outside? And we didn't encounter mosquitoes outdoors or anywhere else.

Great value for money, clean, great location

Positiv: Very clean, comfy, everything worked perfectly. Great location (very short bus/bike ride from restaurant/nightclub areas)

Beautiful and Fully Equipped

Positiv: This property is excellent! We came from a disappointing hotel, and this place had everything we could ask for to enjoy our vacation. The neighborhood is lovely, with a park nearby where you can walk, grab a coffee, or play sports. Right next to the apartment, there's an ice cream shop and a restaurant. We enjoyed walking downtown and to other places, usually taking an Uber back late at night.
