sehr schönes Wochenende in Berlin, tolles Apartment, leider keine Schallschutzsfenster

Positiv: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit bequeme Betten, sehr sauber, wunderschönes Bad, zentrale Lage. Wir konnten schon ab 12 Uhr in unser Apartment, vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder, in eine Apartment nach hinten raus.

Negativ: Die Fenster (Kippfenster oberer Bereich der Scheibe), da sie nicht richtig schließen. Ein Fenster viel beim öffnen aus der Halterung, konnten wir wieder einhängen. Abtrockentuch hat in der Küche gefehlt. Durch die Zentrale Lage und der Kippfenster die sich nicht gut schließen lassen war das Apartment Nr. 5 abends und nachts etwas laut. Zum Glück hatten wir Ohrstöpsel dabei.

TOP, sehr empfehlenswert

Positiv: Ganz klar, die Größe der Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, perfekt für Familien. Der Zugang ist ebenfalls top. Ohne Schlüssel oder Karte. Das abstellen des PKW ist in der Nähe kostenfrei kein Problem.

Negativ: Worauf man achten muss ist wenn man oben zu Bett geht. Allzu groß sollte man nicht sein.

Super Apartment

Positiv: Das Apartment ist super schön!!! Es war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bilder , die Lage ist oerfekt und auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, ich kann dieses Apartment wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen

Nice and clean apartment, good location!

Positiv: Very good location, practical layout of apartment, comfortable sleeping.

Negativ: The lowered ceiling is dangerous. At one point we had two accidents where I was personally knocked to the ground because the lower ceiling is not visible. Its very dangerous. Also it would be nice if the apartment would have small broom available.

Positiv: Good location, clean, and quite comfortable ground-floor apartment. The only minor issue is that it's close to the street, so it's a bit noisy, but bearable.

Great location and spacious flat

Positiv: Really recommended! The location of the apartment is just great for exploring the wonderful city of Berlin. It’s really walkable distance to most of the popular sights. The bus stops and the metro station are really close by of needed and so are few cafes and small shops. The apartment itself is cozy and roomy with enough basic equipment for one’s everyday life.

Positiv: We were very pleased with our stay in this apartment. It’s well-equipped – the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the bathroom to the bedding, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic – close to the city center, shops, and attractions.

Negativ: Due to the apartment’s location right next to a bus stop, there was constant noise and sleep issues, whether with windows open or closed. A big plus would definitely be the presence of air conditioning, as the apartment felt stuffy, especially on the mezzanine.

Fantastic apartment for heavy sleepers

Positiv: Very spacious, very secure, very clean, FANTASTIC staff

Negativ: Too much noise from the road and pavement immediately outside the sleeping area. Was disturbed at night by ambulances and people speaking/partying at the bus stop right outside the flat.

Super place to stay

Positiv: Great location! Very close to the metro. The apartment was super clean. Parking right next to the house is also a big plus. I really liked everything, I recommend it!

Super Apartment...beautiful and handy 👍🏻

Positiv: Great modern, lovely, super clean apartment. Really good location with bus stops just outside... perfect for our stay. Loved Oran 5 ❤️ Pictures are completely accurate too.

Negativ: A bottle of water and some coffee pods for the machine would have been the icing on the cake. The low ceiling upstairs caused a few head bumps 😂.....but these are minor.... excellent apartment👌
