Sehr schön, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten

Positiv: Eine schöne Wohnung, die trotz sehr guter Lage ruhig gelegen ist. Die Straßenbahn Richtung Alexanderplatz ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Späti, Edeka, Bäckereien) Die Wohnung war auch für 5 Personen wirklich geräumig, in der kleinen Küche ist alles vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Besteck, Geschirr…) Am Esstisch finden bis zu 7 Personen Platz. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Stauraum für Klamotten war ausreichend vorhanden.

Negativ: Was wir vermisst haben, wäre ein zweiter Spiegel gewesen. Wir sind mit 5 Personen gereist und der einzigste Spiegel hing im Bad.

Positiv: Modern eingerichtet, gutes TV Angebot mit Hinweisschilder

Negativ: Das Einzelbett in dem kleinen Zimmer ermöglicht es nicht, die Tür zu schließen. Wohnung eher für 5 Personen geeignet

Positiv: War alles chic und genau der Beschreibung entsprechend und das Beste, war EG-Whg.

Pleasant stay out of the city center :)

Positiv: Very well equpied kitchen :) You could eat one meal and didin’t have to do the dishes to eat the next one ;)

Amazing overall, need to be more upfront with deposit

Positiv: It was comfortable, there was an Aldi close by, as were trams, and parking spots were also available. For a group of 5 people it was perfect, especially that I couldn't believe how quiet the neighbourhood was, even with a school nearby. The apartment had the facilities and equipment promised, and the customer service was fast and very helpful when needed.

Negativ: There was no information prior to booking about a 150 EUR deposit and having to register on the owner's Homaris website which is problematic since today scamming on Booking.com, WhatsApp etc. is widespread and prominent. I took extra steps with confirming the WhatsApp message and the website is legit but honestly, I wasn't 100% comfortable until speaking to Customer Service and receiving the deposit back.

Quiet neighbourhood

Positiv: Location, quiet neighbourhood, spacious, simple furnished apartment, easy check in, check out

Negativ: Single beds are not very comfortable, pillows not best quality, we missed broom or vacum cleaner, shelf for shoes at the entrance (we were group of 6), before check in we had to pay extra 150€ as for insurance - this info is not mentioned anywhere before

An average stay

Positiv: Pretty big apartment with a big living room, kitchen and one bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive, they brought us additional things that we asked them for. The location is rather good and close to the tram station. However, there are usual strikes of the public transport in Berlin recently (2-3 days almost every week), so in those days only trains are available, which are around 30 minutes walk from the apartment.

Negativ: The apartment is on the first floor, with no grates on the windows. It was pretty dirty there, with a lot of dust on the floor and under the beds. In the bedroom and the living room there were no shelves/wardrobes (on the photos there is one in each room). There's also no second (single) bed in the bedroom as seen on the photos. The fridge was not a big one (like on photos), but a really small one. The window in the bathroom was transparent in the upper part, with no option to roll down the shades or cover it otherwise - not so much privacy. The hosts could put a microwave for a more comfortable stay, although it was not promised.

Positiv: Nie było śniadania. Lokalizacja korzystna, blisko do przystanku tramwajowego, który łączy się z metrem. Niedaleko lidl, aldi i mcdonald's.
