Scandinavian Loft Duplex -50sqm- near Antonplatz

Positiv: Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof und befindet sich direkt zwischen zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen, mit der man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Außerdem ist das Apartment groß genug für 4 Personen, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Negativ: Es war wirklich alles wunderbar. Das zweite Doppelbett war für zwei erwachsene Personen recht schmal (140x200 glaube ich), aber für uns war das jetzt kein Problem.

Positiv: Sehr schöne geräumige Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Meine Kollegen waren super zufrieden und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 👍

Positiv: Die Wohnung habe ich für Kollegen von mir gebucht. Man bekommt im Vorfeld schon viele Anweisungen für einen reibungslosen Check-in. Meine Kollegen haben sich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfektes Apartment für Singles, Paare und Familien mit Kindern ab 3 Jahren

Positiv: Hippe Wohnung, für Singles und Paare klasse. Geniale Lage, schnell im Zentrum! Ruhige Umgebung.

Negativ: Für Familien mit Kleinkindern eher schwierig. Zwar mit einem ebenerdigen Eingang, dafür hatten wir innendrin zwei Treppen. Allerdings sind die Besitzer sehr am Wohlfühlen orientiert und unterstützen so gut es nur geht.

Positiv: Great apartment design with plenty of space to entertain. Host was excellent with communication, no problems encountered on arrival or throughout stay. Perfect location only a short tram ride into the city centre, tram stop less than a 4 minute walk away. Bedrooms both had plenty of space and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with enormous shower space.

Negativ: Nothing, it was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Nice and comfortable apartment.

Positiv: This apartment is located near a tram station, so it is easy to get to the city centre. This apartment is a good combination of facilities and price: there are three different sleeping areas, which can be used by three couples. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable to use. I really liked the fact that this apartment has all the kitchen appliances: normal size sink, stove, fridge and even an oven.

Negativ: Lack of space for toiletries in the bathroom: there's definitely not enough room on the sink, and the little metal table (which I think is there for that reason) is super noisy.

Positiv: Cozy place, with modern design. Very good location, even there is a shop next to entrance. Parking was close to hotel and not that crowded to find a place.

Great accommodatio at a competitive price. Location a little further out, but good connections.

Positiv: Great property for a reasonable price. Very clean & hosts were communicative & clear with instructions on how to enter the property, etc. Easy to access and felt very safe. Good cooking facilities & comfortable area to work from.

Negativ: Location is okay, generally do need to use public transport to get in to central as it's a far walk away. Good choice of restaurants and corner shops nearby. Ubers also cheap to get around. Walls quite thin & can hear music from other apartments.

Positiv: Simply wonderful, a special apartment with a personality. You got everything any good guest house can give you but an excellence like this one gives you more, a little table tennis in your kitchen
