Schöne komfortable und geschmackvolle Wohnung. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Positiv: Sehr ruhig, nahe der Straßenbahn, Geschäfte in der Nähe. Personal immer verfügbar.
Negativ: Für mein Wohlbefinden fehlte eine warme Decke.

Praktisches Basislager für Berlin gefunden
Positiv: Die Wohnung ist echt schön, und sehr gut gelegen. Drogerie, EDEKA, 2x Bio Markt, Getränke Handel, ALID, Apotheke, KINO, Wochenmarkt, Pizzeria alles auf einer Ecke. Die Straßenbahn hält vor der Haustür und die Wohnung lässt sich gut vom Berliner Ring mit dem Auto erreichen. Ich war wegen eines Workshops vor Ort und hab mich ziemlich Wohl gefühlt. Es gibt auch einen Grünstreifen in der Nähe mit einem Gewässer um runterzukommen nach dem Workshop.
Negativ: Leider ist die Schallisolierung zu der Angrenzenden Wohnung und in den Innenhof nicht gut gelöst. Ich hab total Verständnis dafür, dass wenn in der Wohnung nicht geraucht werden darf die Besucher in den Hof gehen. Doch ich konnte in der Wohnung jedes Wort verstehen. Da bräuchte es noch mehr Schallschutz. Dafür ist aber die Straßenbahn welche vor dem Vorderhaus fährt kaum zu hören. Eine Kleinigkeit noch: Mir hat die Bedienungsanleitung von dem Geschirrspüler gefehlt. Und dem Geschirrspüler hat das Salz für die Wasserenthärtung gefehlt.

Schöne Unterkunft!
Positiv: Sehr schön und modern renoviertes Apartment. Schöne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung (wobei wir die Waschmaschine nicht gefunden haben). Wir hatten allerdings das Konzept \
Negativ: Die Wände zum Nachbarappartement waren etwas dünn.

Clean and comfortable stay with great location
Positiv: Everything was very clean, and the apartment had everything you might need. Before our arrival, we changed the number of guests from 1 to 2, but when we arrived, the apartment had been prepared for only one person. However, once we contacted them, they fixed the issue very quickly. The location is also very good, as it is close to the tram stop and access to the city center easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Positiv: Great hosts, very friendly and helpful. It was amazing that we could check in any time after 3 pm with the PIN they provided. The location was very convenient for us - there is a tram stop nearby, as well as supermarkets and shops with extended working hours. Everything in the apartment is new and overall well kept.
Negativ: The bathroom had a drain only in the shower part, but it still got wet and collected some small hairs and threads in the other part, so it would have been nice to have a mop to clean it up with. We also found a few dirty plates in the cupboards (probably left by previous visitors as they weren't the ones on the very top). Finally, the dining table lights are indeed hanging too low, and people bumped a lot into them.

We enjoyed our stay very much :)
Positiv: Apartment is in newly reconstructed building, cosy, stylish, beds are extremely comfortable. Stuff was very helpful and quick with anwering to all our questions. Location is in quite good neighborhood, a tram stop is very close so you can get to the center easily.
Negativ: Everything was really good. Only one thing for improvement - better coffee machine :)

Lovely quiet stay in a busy city
Positiv: We very much enjoyed the stay in this modern tastefully decorated and equipped apartment combining raw materials (bare steel staircase and timber) and standard modern housing. Even various small details made our stay comfortable and feeling like at home (dish washer capsules in stock, HDMI cable for attaching the laptop to the TV available etc.). The apartment is quiet, placed in a yard, though located in a quite busy suburban area. On street parking a few corners away was not a problem. Tram stop nearby - just a short walk to the nearest crossroad with a comfortable 15-minute public transport trip to the city center. Will be happy to come back again.
Negativ: Just a small thing: though double-checked in advance, there was one set of bed linen missing in the apartment. We managed to sort it out with the proprietor in a few minutes by making a trip downstairs to the laundry room and collecting the missing items :)

Great location and pleasant stay
Positiv: Comfortable place with well-kept furnishings. The location is very convenient, close to the tram stop and several supermarkets. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant.

Era una experiencia muy buena!
Positiv: El piso esta muy cómodo para 3 personas. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse asta el centro con M4. Seguridad dentro de las instalaciones. La cama cómoda. Todo lo necesario para un desayuno . Detalles muy útiles en la cocina.
Negativ: Estábamos en apartamento #4 y en varias ocasiones se bloqueo la cerradura. Tuvimos que buscar llave, ya que nuestra caja secreta no se abrió con el código que nos facilitaron.

Un cadeau à moi même!
Positiv: Le soin apporté aux détails du lieu. Le contact téléphonique à mon arrivée. Le côté cosy. Le calme de cet endroit caché. La qualité de la literie. La cuisine bien équipée. Avec café et thé à mon arrivée.
Negativ: De n’y rester que pour 4 nuits. Je pense que je pourrais vivre dans un tel endroit.
