Excellent

Positiv: I stayed in Veteranenstrasse, and it was wonderful. The apartment is spotless, warm, comfortable. Above all it's one of the quietest places I've stayed in. In a courtyard, no traffic noise, and the neighbours are respectful. Location is great, a few stops from the main station. Tram and underground nearby, great supermarket and bakery, lots of cafés, and short walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Communication with Thomas was very good. Easy check-in and out. I was able to leave my luggage and collect the keys early, while the apartment was being prepared. A really good address, I recommend it highly.

Positiv: Хорошие апартаменты, отличная локация, заселение быстрое, все исправно. Прекрасный вариант за свои деньги!

Negativ: Находятся на низком первом этаже, и у окна велосипедная стоянка, но с закрытыми окнами шумоизоляция отличная и плотные шторы делают свое дело.

The best stay in Berlin.

Positiv: A dream apartment indeed! Spacious, ultra-luxurious and situated in a central location with lovely views in two directions, a beautiful balcony, a lift and a stunning bathroom with a 2 basins, separate shower, toilet and the largest bathtub we have ever seen. Thomas is a wonderful host who met us on arrival and went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable. The apartment contains everything you could wish for including high quality Miele appliances and cupboard space galore. We stayed for 9 nights and there was sufficient toilet paper, roller towels, washing pods and even basic condiments for the entire time - small details often overlooked by many other hosts.

Negativ: The apartment is above the local Brewdog eatery and next to quite a noisy cobbled street as well as a main tram line - however, the double glazed windows and blockout curtains ensure peace and quiet inside and the location couldn’t be better for access to public transport, an excellent Rewe grocery store just steps away and various historical sites within walking distance.
