Sehr schönes Apartment in super Lage - gerne jederzeit wieder

Positiv: Super Lage, dennoch sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Der Empfang / Check-in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Das Apartment war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sogar inkl. Kaffee, Obst, Nüsse und 2 Bier :)

Positiv: The property is clean, cosy and comfortable. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. We love this area and felt very welcomed by Renny when we arrived. The U-bahn is just outside so if there are days you don’t want to walk, this is really helpful. The REWE supermarket is 5 mins walk where you can get everything you need. Coffee shops, bakeries and delis are plentiful! This is our 3rd trip to the Mitte and will definitely be returning to this property!

Negativ: There is nothing not to like!

Excellent studio apartment in perfect location

Positiv: Excellent location, very cosy studio, comfortable bed

Negativ: Soundproofing could be better as you can hear the neighbours. Not the hosts fault though as its an old building.

A very interesting area of Berlin and the perfect place to stay.

Positiv: Everything about the property was perfect for me. I chose it for its location close to a U-bahn station but it was exactly opposite the entrance: perfect. It's at the back section of the property so absolutely quiet. On the ground floor (but note 2 steps into property and 2 steps up when you get in, but after that it's all on one level). Large bathroom (with bath and washing machine). Kitchen area has 2 hob rings and a microwave, plus fridge. Table with 2 chairs, large double bed and comfy sofa. Lots of lamps, pictures and mirrors. Plenty of drawer space and hanging space. I was there in February and the weather was snowy and cold - but the apartment is lovely and warm. Loads of interesting shops and touristy things within walking distance (can recomment the Wall documentation centre just around the corner). No complicated check out instructions, either. Absoutely perfect for my week in Berlin.

Negativ: Everything was absoultely perfect.

Positiv: Très bon séjour en situation calme, centrale , proche du métro; bon équipement en studio-salle de bains, lieu douillet après de longues journées automnales de visites ds les quartiers majeurs de Berlin; correspondances métro/train faciles. Endroit calme entre une arrière-cour d'immeuble et un jardin! Tran-quille!

Negativ: Seul bémol: la recherche (un peu) compliquée de la boîte à clés (pas facile à trouver: se faire décrire l'endroit de l'accrochage -discret- à l'arrivée et....au départ, elle avait été déplacée!
