Charmante Altbauwohnung in Berlin.
Positiv: Eine schöne großzügige und geräumige Altbauwohnung mitten in Charlottenburg. Günstig gelegen unweit des Savingnyplatzes, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Besonders haben uns die denkmalgerecht renovierten Doppelfenster mit schlanken Profilen gefallen, die luftige Raumhöhe, sowie der alte aber gepflegte Parketttboden mit Fischgrätmuster. Die Einrichtung ist chick, bisweilen vielleicht ein bißchen zu stark auf den ersten äußeren Eindruck getrimmt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad mit Duschwanne ist ebenfalls tadellos. Die beiden Hauptbetten sind sehr gut, die Bettwäsche ausgezeichnet. Die Vermieterin, mit der wir nur per Mail und Telefon in Kontakt waren, ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Negativ: Das dritte Bett auf der aufklappbaren Couch steht in seinem Schlafkomfort deutlich hinter den beiden Hauptbetten zurück.

Positiv: Wunderschöne, grosszügige Berliner Altbauwohnung an perfekter Lage. Supermarkt und ÖPNV in Gehdistanz. Alles von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat reibungslos geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in charming neighbourhood with excellent transport links.
Positiv: The apartment is fabulous. It is large and stylish and had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and sofas and a well supplied kitchen. The apartment is in a lovely area on a quiet side street with many cafes and restaurants nearby and with a handy supermarket at the end of the road. The nearest train station Savignyplatz is just a few minutes walk away and takes you to all the sights of Berlin in just a short train ride. It never took us more than 30 minutes to get to where we wanted to be. The host, Antonia, was extremely communicative and helpful and always answered our queries quickly. This really is the perfect place to stay when visiting Berlin. Highly recommended.
Negativ: Nothing. It was all perfect.

Positiv: We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated and stylish apartment in Berlin. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were plentiful, and the location - set in a vibrant and lively neighbourhood - was perfect. Antonia was an exceptional host: responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. This was by far our favourite stay in Berlin, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A great base to enjoy a fantastic couple of days back in Berlin
Positiv: Great location in the heart of one of our favourite neighbourhoods, plenty of good breakfast and dinner options nearby, a real home from home. The property was well equipped and tastefully decorated, with an excellent and large bed in the main bedroom
Negativ: The sofa bed was a bid rudimentary for the other guests (In our case, the children). Perhaps a better location for a couple than for a group of four.

A perfect Berlin Vacation
Positiv: A perfect place for a vacation in Berlin. We traveled to Berlin numerous times before (including luxury 5 stars hotel) - this place is definitely amazing. We are usually a bit cautious with places that only have a few reviews (because they're new on the market) - but you'll definitely be happy with the place. Location is wonderful - The best spot in the west of the city, 3 minutes from the Sbahn, leading to anywhere you need. The apartment is wonderful and you have everything you need in high quality. It's extremely modern (yet classic) and spacious, even better than the photos. And best of all - communication with the owner has been super fast and a lovely experience . It's definitely on the expensive scale (you already know this), but you won't be disappointed.

Perfect hosts, no problem too small and worked around our schedule.
Positiv: You will not find anything better than here. Beautiful, well maintained, clean tidy, nice atmosphere and what a spot in the city.
Negativ: Parking can be a drag but do not let this put you off, parking in Berlin is a nightmare anywhere!

Positiv: Perfect location and a great apartment. Everything was excellent! Located very near Savignyplatz which was perfect for us.
Negativ: I can’t complain about anything really . Would however not stay in here with very young children.

A perfect stay in a beautiful apartment with the best location in Berlin.
Positiv: The apartment is absolutely fantastic, spacious, elegant and perfectly located. It is in the heart of Berlin West with endless cafés, bakeries and excellent restaurants just around the corner. The interior is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, making it feel like a real home away from home.
Negativ: There is really nothing to mention, everything was great.
