Arbio I Cozy apartment near Ku'damm with parking

Positiv: Tolle Lage nahe Ku'damm, Schnellbahn u Ubahnnähe, viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung, relativ ruhig trotz Erdgeschoss und Straẞnseite, Parkplatz im Hof, Penny in der Nähe

Negativ: Alles bestens

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Positiv: Die Lage war super und der Parkplatz gleich im Hinterhof. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden was wir benötigt haben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Positiv: Super ausgestattet - alles was man braucht ist da!

Negativ: Keine Kennzeichnung des Parkplatzes im Innenhof & Klingel wo man sich für den Schlüssel melden soll!

Kurzbesuch in Berlin

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage mit Bushalt direkt vor der Tür. Der Parkplatz ist genial! Für einen Stadtbesuch war das für uns eine super Lösung. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und kommen gerne wieder!

Positiv: Schönes und großes Apartment, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und die Lage ist super! Uns ging es hier sehr gut! :)

Negativ: Der Schlüssel für die Wohnungstür ist stecken geblieben. Man konnte ihn nicht mehr lösen. Zum Glück ist dies erst zur Abreise passiert. Wir durften den Schlüssel dann einfach stecken lassen. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig aber wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen (für Berliner Verhältnisse ist das vermutlich auch normal).

Positiv: The apartment were clean and comfortable. I liked check-in and check-out process.

Negativ: There was no hairdryer that felt a little uncomfortable, especially during the winter weather. The apartment is a little more worn out than in the photos.

One week stay in Berlin for work

Positiv: Nice apartment in a nice part of Berlin, K-Dam and many restaurants near by. The apartment has all for maximum of two persons or 2 with one kid. Though it is in the city center, at evening and night it is quiet. The near by S-Bahn doesn't give much noise. When available I will definitely book this when returning to Berlin.

Negativ: The towel policy is subject for improvement, specially for a longer stay. During my stay it was solved by the host.

Positiv: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for whoever is interested in the TU Berlin and the neighborhood is full of restorans.

Negativ: It was not straightforward to access the property on arrival.

Positiv: The location was perfect. Central and miriads of restaurants in the close proximity. A free parking place was definitely a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was even free coffee as addition to the cofee maker (which is not always a standard). The bathroom was new and pretty.:-) Communication with the owner was perfect!

Negativ: Just a little thing: I wouldn't keep coffee and tea bags in the same jar. Tea has then a very strong smell of coffee. :-)

When I'm back in Berlin, I would gladly stay in this place and I totally recommend it!

Positiv: Great location, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. What I really appreciated was the fact that even though the flat is very close to a big street, the quality of soundproofing was enough for us to sleep like babies :) Also, since we traveled during peak summer temperatures, we were a bit nervous about no AC in the flat. No need to worry, it turned out - the building is extremely well insulated and we didn't even need to use the fans. I travel quite a lot and I've slept in many different apartments, and this one had everything we needed for a comfortable everyday living. The parking spot was also a huge convenience. Also, I really liked the Notion page prepared by the host that covered all the necessary and useful info about the flat and about our stay. Constantin, kudos for that!

Negativ: We used the Nuki app to open and close the doors. We would have really appreciated it if we'd known it sooner that we're gonna need it - there was a bit of a hassle when we arrived.
