Homely Berlin - New Build

Positiv: The location and in general the place was really good

Negativ: Really should clean the air exhaust vents because they were awfully dirty

Positiv: Excellent accomodation, very good value for money.

Negativ: Nothing.

Positiv: It was a modern, clean apartment. Nice and warm and cosy, with ambient lighting. Able to contact the owners very quickly.

Negativ: It was further from the city centre than we had anticipated (our fault for not checking before booking). Lack of pillows, although we did request more, without luck, after our first night. The shower leaks, didn't affect us but you may want to check on it incase it causes problems in the future.

Fantastyczne!

Positiv: Fantastic location with great connections to every part of Berlin. The main train station is just a short walk away, and the city’s top tourist attractions—including Museum Island—are only a bit further. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Everything was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay

Positiv: Location, cleanliness. It is very close to the main train station, to the city center. Shops and restaurants are close. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to tram and metro stations.

Positiv: We spent an extended weekend in Berlin with our family. The location of the accommodation is perfect – just a short walk (about 10 minutes) from the main train station. The apartment was very clean, newly furnished, and well equipped. I can only recommend it. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.in.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable, well located modern apartment.

Positiv: Comfortable, clean and spacious modern apartment located in a quiet block. Location was good for us as walking distance to the main train station. Supermarket literally round the corner and another one very close by. Bus stop just at the end of the road with good service to the attractions of Berlin. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close by (we didn't try these as there were a couple of Vegan restaurants that we wanted to try further afield). Directions for accessing the apartment were very clear and the hosts messaged a couple of times to check that everything was ok.

Negativ: Cooking facilities are a bit limited (toaster and two hotplates); this probably won't bother most people but we don't like to eat out all the time.

Positiv: Apartament był bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony, świetnie zlokalizowany, możliwość dojścia pieszo lub dojazdu do największych atrakcji.

Positiv: Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta.

Negativ: Sugerencia: agregar toalleros en al baño para poder colgar las toallas.

Positiv: Las instalaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. Muy bien equipado y limpio.

Negativ: Quizás faltaría un pequeño microondas para completar la excelencia
