2 Bedroom Apartment (ABEMI)

Reichlich Platz für wenig Geld mitten in Berlin. Grossartig.

Positiv: Sehr dicht am Zentrum und gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nah- und Fernverkehr. Sehr geräumig. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Perfekt Sauber. So konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in Berlin genießen und hatten unsere Zuflucht.

Negativ: Das Bild an der Wand im Hauptzimmer ist nicht schön aber hinnehmbar.

Delightful

Positiv: Location was great for getting to and from central station Rooms were clean and comfortable Size was great Fully equity kitchen

Negativ: There was a slight hiccup with checking in, I wasn’t sent the number of the member of staff I was supposed to ring on arrival, however if I didn’t have access to data on my phone I’m not sure how I would have been able to check in as I need to call or email to tell them I had arrived

Spacious flat, good value for money.

Positiv: The flat was quite large and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good. The beds were comfy and the heating was easy to use which made the flat warm and comfortable. The block itself was quiet and a convenient distance from the nearest train stop and supermarkets.

Negativ: The man who gave us the keys spoke no german and very little english which made communicating with him difficult. As we paid extra for an early check-in less stress about whether or someone would be waiting for us to give us the keys after our train was slightly delayed would have been better. The wifi was sometimes a little too slow for work conference calls.

Comfortable stay.

Positiv: The place was very clean and I am fussy about these things. Beds were comfortable. There was a lot of space and it had everything we needed. It was close to the centre as well as to the conference I was attending. It was really close to some food places and a Lidl so we found it easy to get settled in. I hope to go to the conference again and would definitely try to stay again due to how convenient it was and how helpful the host and staff were.

Negativ: The property is on a very busy junction so there was a lot of traffic noise including emergency vehicles each night, though I still slept decently due to the bed being comfortable and being completely tired out. There is a step into the larger bedroom which is both creaky and a trip hazard (as I experienced, lol). There is a painting in the main bedroom which is a bit off-putting.

Positiv: Separate bedrooms, proximity to bus station and the central station.

Negativ: The building is very old, and the area was a little sketchy for a group of girls.

Buena ubicación

Positiv: Una muy buena ubicación, fácil de llegar y buena atención del personal.

Negativ: Un poco de ruido de la calle.

Prima accommodatie

Positiv: Voldoende ruimte voor ons. Wij waren met 3 mensen.

Negativ: Geen

Positiv: La ubicación, para nosotros que nos desplazamos en bicicleta, está bastante bien. Los sitios nos quedaban a unos 15.minutos.

Negativ: Es un piso que se ve viejo, y la entrada al mismo no es la visualmente más agradable.

Positiv: La ubicación excelente. El autobús que va a la Estación central está a medio minuto.

Negativ: Echamos en falta algunos utensilios del hogar.

Berlin, Mitte 2 bedroom apartment.

Positiv: An older , larger apartment with real personality !

Negativ: entrance and also rear courtyard where rubbish is kept is a bit run down and dirty. but this does not reflect on the apartment itself which is great.
