Kuscheliges Design-Apartment
Positiv: Wohlfühlapartment mit Kuschelfaktor. Sehr angenehme, kreative und stimmige Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen. Von Kaffee, Olivenöl bis hin zu Waschmittel und Kosmetikprodukten ( tolle Haarspülung)... alles da (sogar hochwertiges Kochgeschirr)! Sehr sauber, alles funktionstüchtig, warme Heizung (wir waren im Februar da)erstklassige Dusche...schnelles Internet und sogar Netflix für den Filmabend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Positiv: Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dir Ausstattung sehr durchdacht und schön. Die Gegend war in Ordnung. Zahlreiche Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Negativ: Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Einen eigenen Parkplatz gab es nicht. Auf der Strasse im Wohngebiet einen Parkplatz zu ergattern war echt schwer.

Luxury stay with amazing services
Positiv: We stayed in the apartment Okinawa and felt at home instantly. The space is well disposed with good storage for your clothes and other things and tastefully decorated. The host has really made an effort to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable thinking also about the small details. All from a bottle of complimentary wine, coffee, tea, and spices to cotton pads, cotton buds and detergents for both dish washer and laundry machine. We really valued that. The FABEL team is really committed to good customer service and is an amazing host. They sent all the information needed and responded to our questions almost instantly.
Negativ: Unfortunately someone had turned off all the radiators in the apartment so it was really cold when we arrived. Fortunately it heated up quite quickly once turning them on. We also had an issue with the lock to the apartment but we got immediate assistance from the FABEL team.

Overall a nice apartment, great for a stay for groups, perfect a long weekend.
Positiv: The space, kitchen, bathroom and living room all make you feel good. Not noisy, comfortable beds.
Negativ: Pillows were not as comfortable (and there was not much choice) as everything else. Lack of hangers was a bit annoying as well (for shirts or suits).

Great stay in warm central apartment
Positiv: Lovely big apartment and they had set up a single bed rather than use the sofabed. There was a full kitchen but we only used for breakfast. The apartment was very warm but we really appreciated this as it was freezing outside! The hosts responded to any questions immediately. We had a really good time.

Great stay, close to amenities, good value for money.
Positiv: The property was very clean, very welcoming and had everything I needed such as toiletries and coffee etc.. the property is very close to bus stations which makes it easy to get around the city. Very clean, ver comfortable, overall a nice stay and would stay again.

Lovely modern apartment in Berlin.
Positiv: Great loft apartment. Good size for our family of 4. We stayed in Brooklyn Apartment. Very modern, clean and lovely. Surprise welcome wine was such a treat.

Lovely apartment and very wonderful accomodations!
Positiv: Wonderful accomodations and provided everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing machine soap, dish soap, Q-tips and cotton pads). Stylish decorations and very clean. Also in a convenient location (near tram and Ubahn) with lots of food options around.
Negativ: The door was a bit tricky to open and we had to get help the first time, but once we got the hang of the key/door handle it was fine. (You use a key fob then turn the handle, but only a little and it only opened on the first try once). Also, the window looks into a street (has a mirror applique so no one can see in, but this means the room is a bit dark).
