Apartment in Berlin Mitte

Positiv: Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Negativ: Die Lage war etwas ungünstig für uns, da es mit den Kindern zur nächsten Straßenbahn oder U-Bahn doch etwas zu laufen war.

Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Meine Kinder und ich haben uns während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und praktisch, alles war gut erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil war, dass es keinen Bereich zum Rauchen gab und wir dafür immer auf die Straße gehen mussten. Insgesamt sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Apartment gerne weiter.

Comfortable, spacious place with good heating and feels cozy

Positiv: The place is very spacious and bed and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and facilities were very clean. Had a great time!

We had very good stay and enjoyed.

Positiv: Good Facility and having everything in studio flat specially Vaccum cleaner, TV, all cooking and serving 🥘 facilities.

Negativ: Washing machine and Dishwasher was missing

Positiv: The place was clean and decent. Also a host was very prompt to reply.

Negativ: The location was a little bit out of downtown, tourist place. We spent so much time to transfer public transportation. There was no direct way to every famous;always we had to take at least minimum one or two change of transportations.

Nothing to complain, very good place!

Positiv: The place is very cozy, spacious, well equiped and located. We didn't use metro, so we walked to the city Center (about 1,5km). Lot's of places to eat (arabic Food, coffees, burguer) and drugstore and markets.

Negativ: The bed could be a little bigger but it was fair! We have nothing to complain.

Positiv: En general estaba bien el departamento, limpio, un poco incomoda la cama principal. No me gustó que no tenga mesa y sillas, solo la barra, pero es gusto personal.

Positiv: This accommodation truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was – fresh, tidy, and clearly well cared for. We’re usually quite particular when it comes to cleanliness and often feel uneasy in short-term stays, but here we felt completely comfortable and at ease. The interior is beautifully designed with modern, fully functional appliances. We especially appreciated the spacious living area with a comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. A big plus was the smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location is great – peaceful, yet just a short walk to the bus stop and about 20 minutes to the city center.

Negativ: There were just a couple of small things – having a sponge or kitchen towels would’ve been helpful, and since the apartment opens directly onto the street, some outside noise can be heard when people walk by. But honestly, these were minor details and didn’t take away from how wonderful the stay was overall.
