Overall comfortable and fit all of us so I was happy.

Positiv: The beds were a decent size, the living room and dining area were really lovely and surpassed my expectations. The bathroom is a little small for 6+ people to share but it was clean and the shower pressure was good. I liked having a kitchen and the sink area was nice for getting ready.

Negativ: We weren't being that loud and yet got told to be quiet once. I would say the possible fines for noise complaints were not ideal and if you are with a rowdy bunch of friends this wouldn't be the best place to say but overall it was quite a pleasant experience. It was also a little stressful getting the keys but we worked it out. I would say they could use with many adding an extra toilet to the flat but my friends and I were out all day most of the time anyways.

Positiv: Good central location. Host Ali was friendly and prompt in responding to calls.

Negativ: Hot water kept cutting out half way through a shower. Had to keep resetting the hot water system. We were also asked to pay a 300 Euro bond ( which we got back) but were not warned about before.

Negativ: The location was not great; it's not a neighborhood where you can enjoy cool little places in the area. Not

Positiv: Great location. Next to the Innsbrucker Platz U-Bahn Station. Grocery stores and plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, really great.

Negativ: Hauptstraße is a little loud at night time with auto traffic and occasional sirens. But I think that's to be expected in a large city. Otherwise, everything was great.

Positiv: Огромные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Чистое белоснежное бельё, приветливый персонал! Удобное расположение, прекрасная транспортная развязка, автобусы, S-Bahn, U-Bahn - всё рядом. Недалеко продуктовый магазин.

Negativ: В апартаментах не было чая и сахара. Мы приехали в выходные, все магазины были закрыты.

Stad + verblijf maakten Berlijn tot een fijne ervaring

Positiv: Heel ruim voor een gezin van 5, elk een eigen bed en een eigen plek, goede matrassen, goede wifi

Negativ: 1 nadeeltje: WC en douche waren in 1 ruimte en de deur kon niet dicht tenzij op slot: tijdens een douche kon niemand naar de WC en omgekeerd.

Positiv: Appartement spacieux / fonctionnel / très bien équipé et très propre Sbahn et metro très très proche, juste parfait Accueil ponctuel et sympathique

Negativ: Dommage qu il n y aie qu un seul WC et une seule douche
