Positiv: unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe & Eintritt zur Wohnung - tolle Ausstattung

Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten in dem einpassten „Schlafschrank“ ist einfach genial.

Negativ: Der Eingang ist ebenerdig direkt angrenzend am Gehweg mit einem großen „Schaufenster“ . Es ist zwar ein Vorhang vorhanden, der zugezogen werden kann. Wir mussten zweimal die Erfahrung machen, dass von draußen angeklopft wurde. Es war ein wenig spooky.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Positiv: Schön gestaltetes Apartment im Altbau, Erdgeschoss aber hell mit gemütlichen Betten im Cubus, entweder unten oder oben drüber. Endlich muss niemand auf einem Schlafsofa übernachten! Sehr gute Lösung, wie wir als Familie finden. U- und S-Bahn sind in der Nähe, ebenso Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Super waren auch Spül- und Waschmaschine und viel Platz in Schränken, um den Koffer auspacken zu können.

Positiv: Raffiniertes Konzept, gemütliche Ausstattung, zentrale aber ruhige Lage

Negativ: Alles perfekt

Zum Wohlfühlen.....

Positiv: Das Appartement ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet,einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße war auch gut.

Negativ: Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Eingang direkt vom Bürgersteig in den Wohnbereich. Mehr fällt mir nicht ein...:)

Positiv: One of the most clean places I have ever stayed in, super well equipped and cozy, nothing to complain at all :)

A great quirky compact apartment!!

Positiv: Great location, 5 minutes walk to the underground. Lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Easy 10 minute walk to the Berlin Wall Memorial. The apartment has every thing you could need and is extremely clean and comfortable.

Negativ: My only gripe would be the curtains at the front door. The door opens directly on to the street, so you need curtains. However, the hooks had come off at the top causing the sides to fall down and the curtains are far too long, making it difficult to negotiate coming in and out. A small desk size fan would also be useful for the cabin upstairs. When the scaffold comes down next door and the building works are complete, this will make a huge diffence. Its not a problem though and didnt effect our stay. These are only personal and by no means a complaint. Its a great apartment!!

Clean, surprisingly spacious and excellent hosts

Positiv: Everything about the property was a step above what I had expected (and I already had relatively high expectations). Totally clean, larger than I thought and nice touches like a cold beer in the fridge and teabags provided. Location was great, close to S and U and within walking distance of everything I needed.

Negativ: The living room opening straight onto the street outside will not suit everybody, but with the curtains closed it still felt cosy and private

Positiv: Muy limpio apartamento, fácil check in y check out, excelente anfitrión siempre al pendiente por mensaje

Negativ: Nada
