Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber 👍

Positiv: Wohnung gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, sauber, Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden! Küche komplett ausgestattet, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Negativ: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig Komplette Wohnungsfront mit Fenster bis zum Boden und EG, alle die vorbei gingen konnten in die Wohnung sehen. Man konnte die blickdichten Vorhänge schließen….. Aber hatte dadurch nur eingeschränktes Tageslicht…..

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Inhaber haben mich auch vorab sehr ausführlich darüber informiert wie alles funktioniert, vom Check-In über den Aufenthalt bis zum Check-Out.

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt!

Positiv: Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Großes Bad mit einer schönen Dusche, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und die Aufteilung des Appartements hat uns auch gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann zu Fuß Läden des täglichen Bedarfs erreichen und auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Man konnte immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden. Die Gastgeber haben Kontakt gehalten und waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Wenn wir noch einmal in Berlin sind, würden wir wahrscheinlich dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

Positiv: Platz gut genutzt, gute Lage zu U-Bahn (4 Haltestellen bis Zentrum) und zum Naturkundemuseum, nettes Café mit tollem Frühstück nur 300 Meter entfernt, Vermieter telefonisch schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar, ebenerdiger Zugang zum Loft inkl. Küche und Bad möglich (man kommt dann halt nicht an Bett und einen der Schränke), praktische Kücheneinrichtung, reichlich Restaurants und Take-Aways in der Umgebung, sauber bis auf ein Spinnenweben im Bad (gaaaanz oben unter der Decke), für ein paar Tage mit kleinen Kids oder als Paar eine gute Lösung, Breite Couch reicht für die ganze Familie, für jeden Bewohner 2 verschiedene Kissen, gute Matratze im Bett

Negativ: Heizungstemperatur kann nicht selbstständig eingestellt werden (wird bei Fensteröffnung runtergeregelt und sonst zwischen 5 und 24 Uhr auf 21 Grad gehalten; kann man telefonisch beim Vermieter auch anders anfordern), Parken in der Umgebung ziemlich teuer (3€ pro Stunde), baulich bedingt unten eher kühl + oben im Bett staut sich die Hitze, Sofa zum Schlafen unbequem (für unsre leichten Kids hat's gereicht), für Kinder bis 4 Jahre unbedingt nen Hocker mitnehmen, um ans Waschbecken zu gelangen, mit dem Stauraum für Koffer ist es etwas schwierig

Positiv: Sehr gut! Praktischer geht es schon gar nicht! Die Wohnfläche wird auf eine interessante Weise präsentiert, erweitert und voll von uns genutzt. Haushaltsgeräte und Gegenstände die für den Alltag gebraucht werden sind vorhanden. (nur nützliche Dinge!) Angenehme nicht überladene Dekoration. Super hell wegen den grossen Fenstern- Schaufenstern.

Negativ: Eine Nacht war es sehr laut, weil die Nebenwohnung unglücklicher Weise in der Nacht ca. gegen 3.00 Uhr bezogen wurde.

Positiv: Schöne Wohnung. Zentrale Lage. Perfekt für eine kleine Familie.

Overall good apartment with responsive hosts, maybe better for 2-3 people until the sofa is changed

Positiv: The property's location was great, hosts responded very quickly to any of the concerns and questions we had about the property and Berlin as well. The mattress on the upper floor was great. It's overall okay price for the location :) The property is unlocked with the code, so it's convenient for multiple people having different plans of coming and going out of the apartment. Plus you don't have to worry about losing the keys :) Also, we did have a problem with not having water since there was some kind of problem in the entire building. Although it wasn't at all convenient for us since we needed to shower before going to the conference, at least we did get to contact the host and get the proper info. It was fixed in several hours so that was okay too.

Negativ: The property could use slippers at least since the floor is very cold, especially near the entrance where the table is. Overall the temperature in the apartment was so-so most of the time, it could be useful that the temperature can be changed. The sofa's mattress wasn't leveled correctly, the part that could be pulled out was about 2cm lower than the rest of the couch so we slept on the slope kinda, so we tried leveling it out with some stuff.

Lovely property spoilt somewhere by the daytime noise from adjacent building work

Positiv: Excellent use of space for a family. Good location and great facilities inside the apartment.

Negativ: Noise from building work next door started at 7am all week. This looks like it has been going on for a year or more so perhaps it's better to mention to potential renters and let them decide if the property is suitable.

Positiv: The size of the apartment was perfect for us and our stay.

Negativ: The curtains won't long enough to provide sufficient privacy so there was a gap and due to the floor to ceiling windows, everything could be seen from the street.

Great little place to stay, easy enough location to get to things and very cosy with everything you need.

Positiv: The facilities, everything you need with washing no and kitchen. Very clean

Negativ: Location a little bit away from things. Curtain doesn’t actually cover the whole window so the bright light comes in from the construction across the road
