Waren auf einem Konzert in der Max Schmelling Halle. Daher perfekte Lage für uns.
Positiv: Das man als Gruppe gesellig den Abend ausklingen lassen konnte, als in 3 Doppelzimmern im Hotel Beispielsweise...
Negativ: Eine zweite Dusche wäre schon praktisch gewesen.

Tolle Basis für einen Berlinaufenthalt
Positiv: Moderne Wohnung. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Trotzdem in nächster Nähe Restaurants und Geschäfte. Gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Transportmitteln zum Zentrum. Parkhaus 10min zu Fuß.
Negativ: Ein bisschen spartanisch in Bezug auf Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Ansonsten alles man braucht.

Von der Lage her eine super Wohnung. Die Ausstattung könnte noch optimiert werden.
Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Es sind fußläufig unterschiedliche Straßenbahn- und S-Bahnlinien zu erreichen, sodass man überall unkompliziert hin kommt . Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Cafes, Restaurants und kleine Läden. Die Wohnung selbst ist super sauber und sehr geräumig, sodass sich 6 Personen darin sehr gut aufhalten können.
Negativ: Bei der Größe der Wohnung wäre eine zweite Dusche wünschenswert, was die Beschreibung der Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern m.E. zunächst auch suggeriert. Die Küchenausstattung ist insofern ausreichend, als dass man einfache Gerichte zubereiten kann. Der Küchenschrank, in dem die Müllbehälter sind, ist nicht richtig zugänglich. Das ist insofern nervig, da man diesen Schrank ständig benötigt. Bzgl. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es hier in jedem Fall Abzüge. Darüber hinaus fehlt für diejenigen, die im Wohn/Küchenraum schlafen, eine Möglichkeit, ihre Kleidung wegzuräumen, sodass man nur den Schrank im danebenliegenden Schlafraum mitbenutzen kann. Das ist teilweise unpraktisch, da man ggf. diejenigen stören muss, die dort noch schlafen.

We had a lovely time staying here & would stay again.
Positiv: The property was very clean & had all the items that we needed for a short stay. It had restaurants & cafes nearby, & also good public transport for getting around. It was very cold whilst we were in Berlin (snow & frost) & the apartment was lovely & warm to come back to. We had a great time
Negativ: We were 5 adults with only one shower - & the shower is small. I was staying with husband & my adult children, but would say if it was a group of friends you might want another shower

Great location from which to explore Berlin for the first time with my family.
Positiv: The fridge was stocked with basics, as were the cupboards with even 2 types of coffee machines with the coffee and filters. Even the bathroom was filled with toiletries (which we didn't use because we had our own). It was really clean and the pics were really accurate. The café around the corner (left corner as you come out of the door) was prob one of the best breakfast spots and super close, just very busy so get in early. We found getting on an e-scooter prob one of the simplest ways to get about Berlin and from this location.
Negativ: Would have been useful to have a little laundry detergent, but we grabbed some from the supermarket up the road. Also somewhere to dry clothes - a clothes rail. The information for garbage was not super clear as it's in the backyard of the neighboring spot, but was easy enough once we met the cleaner. For a large family, a second shower would have been useful and sped up our mornings, but we managed and great to have 2 WCs.

Family trip
Positiv: Area of the room, facilities, location, and cleanliness. This room is close to public transport ( S- bahb and tram), and you will find nice restaurants and bars close to its vicinity.
Negativ: Nothing to comment
