Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende und haben uns in der Wohnung insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.
Positiv: Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich. die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut organisiert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen und die Bettwaren waren sehr komfortabel.
Negativ: In der Wohnung befinden sich vier Betten. Ein Stock Bett, bei welchem das obere Bett sehr hoch ist und ein schmales Doppelbett. Das schmale Doppelbett ist in einer Nische eingebaut, so dass die hintere Person über die vordere Person krabbeln muss, um in oder aus dem Bett zu kommen. Das empfinden wir als sehr störend.

Positiv: Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, tolle Lage
Negativ: Dusche hätte wärmer sein können - das war aber wirklich nur ein mini Kritikpunkt - sonst war alles echt optimal!

Very nice apartment in a good location
Positiv: The property is in a good location in Berlin with a number of goods restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. Local transport is nearby. Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. I would stay here again.
Negativ: Nothing I can think of.

Nice stay with free parking!
Positiv: Host provided very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and also guide to free parking only 10 min walk from the apartment. It made us feel very welcome and made it easy to find our way. The place was well equipped and very nice. It's an open space without doors (except bathroom) - it was ok for us but can be good to know. It's a only a few min walk to the tram that can take you into the city centre and many bakeries, shops and restaurants right outside the door. Very nice neighborhood!
Negativ: Nothing really.

Amazing stay!
Positiv: This apartment is just perfect. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need and more to prepare your meals. Close to metro and tram stations. Natalie was very kind and attentive from the very beginning. I recommend this place 100%. Clean, beautiful, comfortable.

Excellent apartment, super maintained, equipped and clean, but no separate rooms inside it.
Positiv: Very good location. Maybe not in the heart of Berlin but 4 min walk from the train station, in a quiet nice neighborhood. Property was super clean, super organized, super equipped (see below) and styled very nicely. Owner was very responsive and flexible regarding check-in hours (self check in was used). Shower is very nice, also excellently equipped. Kitchen is perfectly equipped with electric appliances to variety of tools, dishes and more. Even some food/drink supplies existed.
Negativ: Entering was a bit cumbersome with the instructions on how to get the key and how to enter the apartment (there are multiple doors to pass) but the instructions were clear so this passed fine. Another disadvantage is the fact that the apartment is one living space, no room so if you're counting on privacy - be advised this is not the best place for that.

Tof appartement in leuke buurt. Een aanrader!
Positiv: Gezellig en comfortabel appartement, goed voorzien van heel wat benodigdheden. Prima ligging om de stad te verkennen, leuke buurt. Heel wat leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Niet ver van openbaar vervoer. Zeer goede bedden en handige keuken. Zeer vriendelijke host. De communicatie verliep prima.
Negativ: De waterstraal van de douche was wat zwak. Qua grootte misschien toch eerder voor 3 volwassenen als voor 4. Het tweepersoonsbed was aan de kleine kant. Het stapelbed was prima. (Voldoende groot voor 2 volwassenen)
