Quiet Courtyard Apartment (KB6)

Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage , es ist ruhig und trotzdem mittig in Kreuzberg.

Positiv: Frühstück haben wir selber gemacht , Geschäfte in der Nähe , gute Bäcker , die Wohnung lag im Hinterhaus , schön ruhig und gemütlich , U Bahn und S Bahn in der Nähe , hat uns gut gefallen.

Negativ: Durch das Pumpsystem im Bad roch es manchmal etwas muffig , aber nicht schlimm , der Preis und die Lage machen es wett. Der Fernseher lief nur über die Mediathek , da hätten wir etwas besseres erwartet.

The perfect Berlin apartment

Positiv: The apartment was in the perfect location and had all the amenities we required, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Despite being in what is often a noisy neighbourhood, the apartment was situated far back enough from the road that it was incredibly quiet - we had a peaceful stay. We also enjoyed many of the local bars, cafes and restaurants, all of which were within walking distance. The host was friendly and very responsive before our stay, which helped make our arrival smooth. As the apartment was situated on both ground and basement levels, despite the 34°C heat outside, it was refreshingly cool inside at all times. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Berlin!

Negativ: The only issue was that the basement bedroom was quite damp (after all, Berlin is built on a swamp, so we should have expected this!). A dehumidifier could have helped solve this issue. We just hung our towels to dry in the living room, so this isn't a complaint, more of a suggestion on how to make the apartment even more perfect!

Nice place to stay

Positiv: It was a comfortable space and easy to get to. It had good facilities and it was a good size apartment for 2 people for a week.

Negativ: There was construction so it was not quiet. Also it was underground so it was damp as it was snowing. The staircase was very narrow as well which could be dangerous.

Comfortable, reliable, and ideally located.

Positiv: Myself and my sister had a fantastic stay in this apartment, it’s very spacious and has all the necessities needed, the bed was especially comfortable. I would highly recommend, the area is ideal, it’s quiet, safe and has lovely cafes all around within a short walking distance. Thank you very much for making our stay very enjoyable!!

Short Stay Great Property

Positiv: Easy to get to and all the staff were very helpful.

Negativ: Nothing.

Great location, well equipped for a city break

Positiv: Really lovely option in a great part of the city. It's a bit gritty compared to other areas, but that is balanced by the lovely community and all the cafes and other shops in the neighbourhood. Daniel, who checked me in, was great to meet and made it really welcoming. The flat itself it clean, simple and comfortable. The spiral stairs are steep, but perfectly navigable in my experience. The main bedroom is in the lower, basement level, so does have a bit of a damp scent to it, but nothing offputting or excessive. Overall would happily reccomend it and stay again myself.

Great stay, great location, great host !

Positiv: Really great location, nicely equipped. We enjoyed our stay and Daniel was awesome.

Negativ: The staircase is an issue for anyone with low mobility. Also the beds are mediocre

Very nice place and friendly hosts

Positiv: -> Super nice and friendly hosts. -> Hosts were very helpsome and flexible -> The Neighbourhood is our favourite hood in Berlin -> the upper room is a nice place to wake up, and have breakfast -> All the basic kitchen stuff were there. AND a toaster :D That is so lovely when the host remember the details :)

Negativ: Just beware that the staircase is kind of narrow and that the major bedroom is in the basement. I personally was not so found of that so we decided to sleep upstairs, were there are two fine \

Fantastisk sted, europæisk san Francisco

Positiv: Man følte at man var flyttet til Berlin, vidunderligt kvarter , meget stille lejlighed, meget roligt kvarter nemt at være der

Negativ: Ikke rigtig noget galt, trappen er måske lidt stejl

Miejsce z charakterem

Positiv: Nastrojowy lokal w ciekawej okolicy. Nieźle skomunikowany. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem - jasne zasady i wskazówki.

Negativ: Ciężkie powietrze w części podziemnej.
