Mini-Loft (KB7)

Sehr ruhige, saubere und grosszügige Wohnung in einem angenehmen Quartier.

Positiv: Der Stadtteil ist interessant, schön und gut belebt.

Negativ: Mit wenig Aufwand bei der Beleuchtung könnte die Wohnung gleich viel wohnlicher sein.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Positiv: Loved the location (great area of Berlin). The accommodation was lovely - comfortable, clean, light, warm (it was so cold outside). Great kitchen facilities. Good wifi :-) Good adjustable radiators.

Negativ: Owing to the cold outside, condensation appeared on the window sills each morning. No instructions on how to work the TV.

Positiv: Lovely place, well situated. The team was easy to reach and very responsive, e.g. to my request for some extra bedding given the extra-cold weather these past few days.

An excellent six days and five nights at this apartment with friendly informative owners.

Positiv: Location was perfect for us and right in the heart of the authentic and organic city. Much of what we wanted to do was within walking distance but otherwise there were trams and U bahn and S bahn within minutes of walking. Many shops nearby and places to eat and drink. The apartment was away from the street and quiet at night with little disturbance from neighbours. Good advice also from Daniel who was there to greet us. Would definitely like to come here again. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

Negativ: Staying longer would have been better. This part of Berlin has so much to offer.

Positiv: The location was good and close to transportation. Daniel was friendly and helpful.

Negativ: The apartment was a little cold, and the hot water was limited.

perfect for a citytrip in Berlin

Positiv: By a small mistake we ended up staying in the bigger appartment downstairs instead of the one in the pictures. The apartment had a lot of space and the kitchen had everything you need. It's located by different bus stops and other public transport options so you are in the centre of Berlin in no time! The bed was big and comfortable and there's also other options like a couch or pull out sofa to sleep on.

Negativ: Because it was really hot and humid outside the floor downstairs was really humid. This was a bit uncomfortable for the last few days. The ventilation system did keep the apartment cold but in really hot weather like the time we were there it was not ideal. It was a bit of a struggle to get out luggage downstairs because the stairs are spiral and small but we managed.

Clean, good size room in an amazing location .

Positiv: Species room - in a very good location. It is close to super markets , cafes and restaurants. The loft has everything that we needed. Had a a great time during our visit

Fabulous flat to experience Berlin

Positiv: Very well situated close to public transportation. The mini loft is inside a courtyard and is therefore very quiet. Well furnished with all you need. Communication with the owners was very responsive and smooth

Negativ: The hot water heater was a bit small to provide hot shower water for 3 people which is a bit annoying in winter

A good base, would go again.

Positiv: Quite spacious, very warm, ideal city apartment and convenient for shops, underground stations and the airport.

Negativ: Courtyard lights switched on by neighbours at all times of the night and were very bright.

Great place to stay in Berlin.

Positiv: Great location, friendly host. Very secure. Quiet in the back house

Negativ: Could have been a little more clean and the bed was a little bit creaky
