SKY LOFT in the Heart of Berlin

immer wieder gern wenn in Berlin!

Positiv: alles wunderbar, die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und überhaupt die ganze Fensterfront! Wir haben die Bettenaufteilung nochmal geändert und konnten unkompliziert nochmal weitere Bettwäsche erhalten, vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Negativ: eigentlich nichts :-)

perfekt gelegenes Apartment

Positiv: ein hammer Loft . super schnitt und super stylisch . alles hat perfekt geklappt und wir waren mehr als zufrieden .!

Positiv: Very nice loft, lovely forniture, the sky at night above Berlin was incredibile!

A very good place to stay for a larger family in a great location

Positiv: Instructions for collection of keys were clear along with photos. Very large space for a family of 5. Two seperate toilets. Great free wifi. Great location next to transport links, with bars and restaurants very close by

Negativ: On level 5 of the apartment block with no lift.

Amazing place in great location

Positiv: Amazing, spacious and stylish apartment at a great location in Berlin. Subway and tram stop right at the door, walking distance to many nice locations.

Negativ: - 5th floor with no lift so be ready to go up some stairs! - the second bed was very uncomfortable, I preferred to sleep on the couch - it's very bright so bring a sleeping mask if you wanna sleep in - shower pressure could be better (but there is a bath tub!)

Extraordinary appartment and location. Etienne is very accomodating and flexible.

Positiv: Location: - many restaurants and shops around - very central so you can even walk to the center and major sights within 30min - directly at the subway Appartment: - extravagant, huge and airy - quiet given the central location

Negativ: Be aware that the building features no elevator, i.e. not possible to access by wheelchair or stroller.

Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit un super appartement.

Positiv: L’emplacement et le design de l’appartement, le volume.

Negativ: Les lits pas très confortable voir pas du tout pour un. Avoir réservé pour six, être cinq et n’avoir que 4 fourchettes !? Les lumières un peu compliquées et manquantes.

Over all was a good experience

Positiv: The location is super convenient. The apartment has a very good space for a family group.

Negativ: I wish have a little more utensils to do meal at the apartment

Amazing quirky stay in Berlin!

Positiv: This place is spectacular, top floor of an old Berlin building - it is like stepping back in time until you reach the apartment which is so unique and not like anywhere else we stayed. The space was amazing - really quirky and made our trip feel so special. Main bedroom was so comfortable and shower was great. It was lovely watching the world go by outside but it could be a bit noisy with sirens/road traffic at night. By the second evening we did not notice it at all. Seeing the moon and stars above the glass roof at night was amazing!

Negativ: It is at the top of a 6-storey building so the stairs were a bit daunting and getting the key was a bit tricky due to the location of the box and we did not know the code had been changed but the host called us immediately when we reached ot and got it sorted straight away. The main bedroom was fabulous but we had not expected the other bed to be in the kitchen which was very quirky! It was not the most comfortable and the bedding did not fit the bed. We also could not get the radiator on in this room so it was a bit chilly. We could not get the TV to come on the first evening which was due to the electrical socket it was plugged into not working (we tried a lamp in it too and it stopped working). Once we got it switched over it was great. Some of the lamps did not come on so probably better just to remove them as it detracted from how amazing the space was.

Splendida Berlino

Positiv: Posizione eccellente nel quartiere Mitte, in zona servita di negozi, locali e mezzi. Ad un passo dalla metro, dal tram M1, e dalla fermata bus. Appartamento molto bello, grande, con due bagni, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Negativ: Arrivati verso le 21.30, saliti nell'appartamento all'attico senza ascensore, abbiamo purtroppo trovato l'appartamento ancora sporco degli ospiti che ci avevano preceduto. L'inconveniente è stato prontamente risolto dal proprietario immediatamente contattato su cellulare e app. Verso le 23 siamo potuti entrare in casa. La pulizia comunque non era eccelsa.
