Really comfortable and well located big flat for groups and families.

Positiv: It is a comfy and spacious flat in a really good location.

Negativ: We’ve been really good. There are a few things to improve to get the 10/10 rate. We found dirty under the low table and back the sofa. The sowers didn’t drain properly and we had special atention with the shower walls because it didn’t move properly. We also had to double check the wc buttons because sometimes they got stuck.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Is roomy and beds were comfortable.

Positiv: Email with key code was efficient. We were late due to transportation delays so it was good that we did not need to meet anyone in person at a certain time. Would have added to the stress. Not sure how someone without a cell phone could get around Europe anymore. Everything runs on electronic information it seems these days. Overall, very easy.

Negativ: Only true negative we found with the apartment was the lack of instructions. It would have been nice to have stovetop/oven directions for when the stovetop gets accidentally locked and does not function. We were in contact with the owner which was a quick response, but we ended up missing 2 days of cooking due to the locked stove. I was able to figure out on the internet and we were fine after that. Minor details for us - The kitchen faucet was a bit loose and crooked, but seemed to work ok. Trash bins could have been larger as the apartment is made for larger groups. Very minor detail, but could be improved. The sofa for us was hard to get into as it was so deep. We sat most of time at dinner table. We as older guests (ages 66-78) would prefer easier furniture. Overall, space was in a great location!!!!

Ottima esperienza e comodità nel centro di Berlino

Positiv: Ottimo Appartamento, enorme con grande cucina e grandi camere. Il divano in salotto grandissimo e comodissimo. Abbiamo gradito la presenza di lavastoviglie , utensili di cucina e lavatrice. La temperatura nell’appartamento era super calda, abbiamo gradito molto dato che fuori era molto freddo. La presenza di due grandi bagni ci ha permesso di agevolare i tempi di preparazione. I materassi sono molto comodi e nuovi. La casa era pulita. Se dovessimo tornare a Berlino tornerei sicuramente qui!

Negativ: Nulla tutto perfetto.

Positiv: Limpio, grande y la ubicación perfecta hay de todo en el barrio. Parece que han cambiado mobiliario en relación a lo que se ve en las fotos pero a mejor. Sin duda volveríamos
