Wunderbare, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Berlin
Positiv: Sehr geräumige, mit allem was man so braucht, ausgestattete Wohnung in Berlin. Es gibt zwei Schlafräume, eine große Wohnküche und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten nur einen Schlüssel, der Eigentümer hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, dass wir einen Ersatzschlüssel bekommen. U- und S-Bahn sind fünf Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nette Wohnung, gut gelegen.
Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Kontakt erfolgte über die Nachrichtenfunktion auf Booking.com - der Gastgeber hat alle meine Fragen schnell beantwortet und viele Informationen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen und befindet sich in einem Altbau. Lokale, Geschäfte, Spätis, etc. leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Negativ: Einrichtung und Beleuchtung etwas konfus. Durch die mehrspurige Straße vor dem Haus etwas laut, war für uns aber kein Problem.

Berlin Flair mit toller Atmosphäre
Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt ausgezeichnet in der Nähe des U- und S-Bahnhofs Bundesplatz. Wir waren begeistert von den hellen großen Zimmern, noch besser, als es auf den Bildern rüberkommt. Leider waren wir nur eine kurze Nacht nach einer Familienfeier in der Wohnung und konnten die Annehmlichkeiten, wie die toll ausgestattete Küche gar nicht nutzen. Auch das Wlan funktioniert problemlos.

Fantastisch
Positiv: Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Die Kombination aus moderner Ausstattung und dem Charme eines wunderschönen Altbau mit hohen Decken hat uns begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist ein echtes Highlight und verleiht der Wohnung eine individuelle Note. Die Lage im Herzen von Berlin ermöglichte es uns, die Stadt bequem zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

A well-equipped, comfortable apartment. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
Positiv: The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy with a modern interior. Great amenities: a TV with plenty of channels, board games, fitness equipment including dumbbells and a pull-up bar, a huge fridge, and a capsule coffee machine with capsules provided!
Negativ: The building is old, so the elevator doesn't always work reliably.

Positiv: If you are thinking of booking Robert’s place, just go ahead and do it as you won’t be disappointed. Compared to alternative places for similar prices, this apartment was exceptional and exceeded our hopes. It was large, well furnished with modern appliances and functioned as a beautiful home away from home. 5 minute walk to the U/S bahn with easy access to Berlin, in a quiet, very safe neighbourhood. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in. Having two separate bedrooms was a real advantage and what can we say about the kitchen and beautiful view out of the window? A peaceful, luxurious stay. There is a wonderful leafy park 3 minutes walk away, and a great art house cinema with bar moments away. The apartment itself is housed in a beautiful, classic building with original features. Robert was very easy to contact at all times, a kind and generous host who was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely return!
Negativ: We did not find an iron, and though we didn’t need one, this could be useful for others. At times when using the kitchen/bathroom sinks, we could smell the drains. This did not influence our appreciation of the place, but worth a mention. The only real disadvantage for us was that we couldn’t stay longer. If you stay here you will be lucky.

Fine apartment for a group of friends
Positiv: Lots of space and light, works fine for a group of friends. Good wifi and TV, kitchen is quite equipped. Enough hangers for the clothes as well.
Negativ: It was freezing cold inside when we checked in, we cranked up the heating and had to wait a couple of hours before it got warm (but I can understand hosts wanting to spare the cost of heating in today’s economy). Furniture in the living room is not so comfortable if you are planning to stay there for a bit and watch a movie for example.

Positiv: The apartment is very well stocked and it’s pretty large. In the kitchen there has everything you need- electric appliances, spices, utensils. There is very good wi-fi connection and smart TV. Also the location it’s very good- 3 min by walking from metro station. There also a lot of restaurants.
Negativ: We didn’t like the lighting in the apartment. It will be good to have more lamps, because it was a little dark. Also there is no hairdryer.
