Sehr empfehlenswert

Positiv: Gut ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung. Sehr bequeme Doppelbetten. Kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, aber ausreichend sowie ein separates WC.

Negativ: Schade, dass nicht die Möglichkeit besteht, die Fenster zur Straßenseite zu öffnen, weshalb kaum gelüftet werden kann. Ansonsten alles super!

Top Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr schön dekoriert und super ausgestattet. Es gibt Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Tassimo Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, zwei Kühlschränke, Föhn… Das Bad und separate Toilette haben Bodenheizung. Unmittelbar neben dem Apartment befindet sich ein vietnamesisches Restaurant, wo wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Um die Ecke gibt’s eine Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Die Lage ist ruhig.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in einer guten Unterkunft.

Positiv: Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe an der Hauptstraße mit Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist in der Nähe. Das Parken kostet relativ viel, ist man aber bereit, einige Minuten zu laufen findet man auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstraße kostenlose Parkplätze.

Negativ: Nichts.

Positiv: The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well located and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood offers several restaurants, supermarkets, while remaining quiet.

Negativ: Everything was great. There was a small issue with the heating which is controlled by the host: we struggled adjusting the temperature but the host very very responsive.

Great for a family stay.

Positiv: Location superb-The Thai restaurant Papa Tran and Litaly were exvellent places to eat.Easy shopping and good links to central Berlin.

Negativ: All was goog.

We had a nice and pleasant family stay in this clean and well equipped flat.

Positiv: The cleanliness, the kitchen equipment (we added a vegetable peeler to it), the comfort of the bedrooms

Negativ: I did not expect the flat to be on the ground floor. This was a disappointment for me (not so much for the rest of the family). The dishwasher did not work or we did not know how to make it work.

Berlin short break

Positiv: Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario. Pulito e spazioso. Location vicinissimo a fermata metro ed a bus N7 se come noi dovevamo prendere bus notturno per aeroporto. Lidl e ristoranti vari a due passi.

Muy recomendable

Positiv: La ubicación está muy bien pero el equipamiento es muy bueno, que tenga lavadora y secadora es lo más destacable, mu.y por sobre lo que otros ofrecen

Negativ: Había algunos desperfectos menores pero nada importante

Positiv: La posizione è molto comoda perché la fermata della metropolitana è molto vicina. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, dotato di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno (macchina caffè, stoviglie, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, phon, prodotti per pulire ecc). All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in omaggio caramelle e una bottiglia di vino. Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole e i letti sono molto grandi.

Positiv: Appartement spacieux, propre, bien situé près du metro

Negativ: Rien
