Apartment near Ku'damm

Abenteuerreich, lustig und lecker.

Positiv: Freundliche Kommunikation und Schilderung der einzelnen Schritte. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis und sehr gute Lage. Sehr geräumig und ästhetisch.

Positiv: Sehr bequem und gemütlich, kann allen gerne empfehlen.

Tolle Lage

Positiv: Tolle Lage Ruhig Viel Platz Schön eingerichtet und modern Schlüssel App ist praktisch

Negativ: Das Apartment liegt in einem Innenhof im Erdgeschoss. Direkt vor den Fenstern sind Beete, das heißt es kann niemand direkt hineinsehen. Allerdings ist gegenüber ein Geschäft oder Büro in dem die ganze Nacht Licht brennt. Und das Licht scheint direkt in die Betten. Man kann die Vorhänge nicht vollständig schließen. Sie sind zwar abdunkelnd aber zu klein für die Fenster und lassen sich nicht schieben. Das hat uns doch ziemlich gestört beim Schlafen, wenn die ganze Nacht ein Licht in die Augen scheint.

Positiv: Eine wirklich gut gelegene und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sehr stimmig eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Selbst an Kondome im Waschbeckenunterschrank wurde gedacht.

Negativ: Die Eingangstür war mit dem Nuki-System versehen und dieses spinnte gewaltig, da die Tür ständig klemmte oder nicht verschließbar war. Wir brauchten zT eine viertel Stunde, um das Appartement zu verlassen. Bei Anreise und nach Erstzutritt war die Dusche noch nass und eine Decke sowie ein Kissen lagen auf dem Boden, was den Eindruck vermittelte, dass kurz zuvor noch jemand im Appartement war. Bei Abreise saß, 15 Min. vor 10 Uhr, ein junger Mann vorm Appartement auf der Bank und wartete, dass wir endlich auschecken. Wir nahmen an, dass dies der Eigentümer war. Er gab sich allerdings erst dann zu erkennen, als die Tür wieder einmal klemmte.

Beautiful apartment, super comfortable beds - maintenance issues

Positiv: Beautiful apartment, the space was much bigger than expected, stylish and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for good nights rest after exploring the city. Close to public transport , restaurants and super market.

Negativ: Property has maintenance issues, curtain pole broken so no curtain in one of the windows in the bedroom which being on ground floor wasn't great. Shower door broken so couldn't close was close to falling off the wall, cupboard door broken off and trim around the front door mat lifted up and stuck into one of your feet. If these issues were sorted 100% go back as its beautiful place.

Lovely in this modern apartment. Good value for money, and convenient location for tourism and nightlife alike. Organic

Positiv: Lovely, modern apartment in a convenient residential area. Great communication from a brilliant host.

Negativ: Small issue accessing the property via the main gate, which continued to be closed for most of the weekend, but perhaps a blip caused by staff issues at the main hotel.

Spacious apartment, close to the high street shopping centres & Ubahn,variety of restaurants nearby.

Positiv: The apartment is actually huge and with a great host. Very close to Ubahn, high street shopping centres, and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Negativ: We had an issue with the door code, and it does not work. We had in contact with the host multiple times and tried their very best to be helpful. We then had to carry the key wherever we go, which is quite daunting. The actual door is also jammed multiple times. You had to push and pull with your might to open when locked. The curtains seem quite small for very huge windows as they do not cover the whole window properly. There seemed to be an issue with privacy as people can see you from the outside. Some curtain rods are falling off, reported to the host, and happily answered to send someone to fix. One huge window next to the main door has no privacy cover. People can visible see you in the living room from outside. Might benefit from having a microwave as there was none in that apartment. No wardrobe, we stayed 5 nights and we had to leave our clothes from our luggage the whole time. Overall, it was a great stay. The above issues are just aesthetic and can easily be rectified.

Great location and fancy house

Positiv: Location is great. House is fancy and user friendly. It is larger than it looks in photos. It is quite good. I can recommend everyone, pretty comfy for families.

Positiv: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do atrakcji i knajpek, spokojna okolica

Negativ: Było nas 6 osób, nie dla każdego były sztućce i kubki, przepaliła się żarówka w kuchni. Ładne mieszkanie, niewiele trzeba by było milsze, praktyczniejsze dla gości. Internet WiFi nie działał podczas naszego pobytu.
