Newton-Appartement mit 3 Schlafzimmern

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und ausreichend groß für zehn Erwachsene

Negativ: Einige Betten hatten bereits kaputte Lattenroste und das Bad ist nur für gute Freund:innen. Die Waschbecken sind in einem Raum, von dem zwei Milchglas Türen in jeweils eine Dusch & Toilettenkombi abgingen. Durch das Milchglas konnte man relativ viel erkennen.

Eine zentrale Wohnung perfekt für Gruppen oder 2 Familien mit Begleitung geeignet.

Positiv: Das Appartement ist perfekt für Gruppen bis zu 10 Personen. Nachts war es überraschend ruhig, wir haben super geschlafen. Wir waren 6, 2 erwachsene in „Einzelzimmern“ und 4 Teenagern im Schlafsaal (4 Bett Zimmer). Es gibt 2 getrennte Toiletten und Duschen, das war toll. Zum Frühstücken hat der Platz und die Ausstattung gereicht, gekocht haben wir nicht. In der Umgebung ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Die Vagabund Brauerei um die Ecke können wir sehr empfehlen, ebenso die Klasse türkische Bäckerei genau gegenüber!

Negativ: Nichts. Die offenen Fenster zur Straße erfordern halt einen Vorhang oder Rollladen für Privatsphäre, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Für längere Aufenthalte würde vielleicht ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Sofa oä fehlen, hat uns aber nicht gestört wir haben abends in der Küche gesessen.

I would recommend it overall, we were 10 and it was completely fine. The bathroom arrangement in the end was more funny

Positiv: It was big enough for large group, kitchen was very well equipped even with tea and coffee which was nice in the morning

Negativ: The bathroom was designed in a weird way. Two showers with toilet in them. You could lock the door but the ceiling wasn’t fully closed so you didn’t have that much privacy

Positiv: The house is really big, comfortable and clean. The position is pretty cool and the staff is amazing!!

Positiv: Great property but initially had trouble finding it and beds were hard

Negativ: Hard beds

Positiv: The location was nice and close to the metro, big apartment that comfortably fit our group of 7. Two bathrooms and full kitchen facilities.

Negativ: The beds weren’t super comfy.

Positiv: Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. There is a metro station nearby. There are several nice restaurants in the neighborhood for breakfast and dinner.

Family's stay

Positiv: Appartment was fully equipped as described. Communication with owners was OK. Key take-over was simple (small box on the entrance door). Furniture is basic and simple but enough for stay. Everything inside was clean and well maintained. Wi Fi signal was perfect. Location is quite OK as it is near to U-bahn station which runs to the city center (approx 15 min)

Negativ: Entrance door into appartment looks old and spooky. It will be good if owner can decorate it a little. Example: instead security door eye-spy is a just ordinary hole into the door.. :) Also, on the Booking profile, owner stated \

Positiv: Апартаментът е просторен. Три спални, кухня, две тоалетни с бани . Близо до магазини, заведения и метро.

Positiv: Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.... Casa ha tutto quello che serve ad un buon prezzo ed é in una buona posizione.....perfetta per una vacanza con un gruppo di amici. siamo stati benissimo.
