Positiv: Einrichtung Lage über der Stadt Comfort guter Rückzugsort verkehrsgünstig

Negativ: Das Umfeld Wedding ist sehr rough. .

Ort des Jahres 2025 für uns

Positiv: Großzügige spektakuläre Suite, absolut stimmiges Interieur. Uns ist das Herz aufgegangen. Cooles Viertel Wedding, perfekte zentrale Lage, alle Berliner Ziele gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist leicht zu kontaktieren, entspannte Kommunikation.

Tolle Wohnung und mit TV gerne wieder.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Negativ: Leider fehlt ein TV und wir hatten damit gar nicht gerechnet, da so etwas Standard ist. Wir bekamen auf Anfrage einen Beamer angeboten, damit konnten wir aber nichts anfangen. Mikrowelle wäre auch toll, damit man sich schnell was warm machen kann.

Positiv: Tolles, offenes Loft, schöne Einrichtung Große, bequeme Betten und zwei Bäder Ruhige Lage im Hinterhof Gute Anbindung, Bhf. Wedding direkt vor der Tür Blumen, Kaffee/Tee und Säfte zur Begrüßung Supermarkt, Späti, Café - alles in der Nähe

Negativ: Nur Hitzeschutz, keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung TV fehlt

Fabulous spacious apartment. Wow!

Positiv: The sheer size of the apartment along with fabulous views, comfortable seating, stylish and a large bathroom with shower made it virtually perfect. We stayed with another couple and the bedrooms being situated at either end of the apartment allowed for extra privacy. There are great coffee shops on your doorstep along with a well stocked supermarket at the end of the street. Berlin is huge so you have trains and the underground within 200m of your front door. Perfect!

Negativ: Now I am being very nitpicky but this would not stop us coming back to this fabulous apartment. We had a little trouble getting in but all was sorted very quickly. The owners also allowed us to have an early morning check in. As a token for the mix up, they even hand delivered a bottle of fizz. The kitchen space is slightly small but it is perfectly usable.

Stunning, quality apartment in perfect location

Positiv: We were absolutely amazed at the beauty, comfort and quality of everything in the loft apartment. It’s been renovated with taste and care. Fantastic location, spacious rooms, beautiful master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Beds were one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We loved the fresh flowers, arrange of teas and coffee that waited for us combined with art on the walls. We enjoyed exploring Berlin but even more, we loved coming back to this little heaven. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Brilliant apartment in a perfect location

Positiv: Absolutely loved this apartment- architectural vision for a sustainable and liveable space works wonderfully. Space, light, design are all superior and the apartment is highly functionally. Outdoor space and urban views at this height add significantly to the experience. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. On the strength of our first impression of the apartment, we booked another week. By the end of 2 weeks it felt like home.Top marks!

Negativ: Nothing.

Positiv: Very pleasant apartment. Clean and warm. There is a lot of space on the floor and a high ceiling. Good-sized bedrooms with comfy beds. The apartment contains all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. Metro station and shop nearby.

Amazing location!

Positiv: Location is amazing, modern, clean and all facilities available. Public transportation conveniently located at 2 minutes walk (S and U Bahn). Nice attention by the landlord, with complimentary water, juice and coffee/tea.

Negativ: Staff (Max) has been very friendly. Only problem is a hard direct communication before/during the stay. Late/missing replies on booking.com messaging, and no replies on whatsapp.
