Spacious Family Apartment with 2 Bedrooms

Positiv: Sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Für jeden von uns dreien ein Doppelbett. Toilette und Küche normal mit Ausstattung. Wir sind zufrieden.

Positiv: Sehr schöne große Wohnung und nicht weit für uns zu Fuß zur Weinmesse zu gehen.Die Kaffeemaschine ist auch klasse vielen Dank

Positiv: Very spacious, great location, all as on the photos.

Enjoyable and easy to reach location

Positiv: The location is perfect, everything was easy to reach by public transport as stations was so close. Location is perfect in all ways: shopping, eating, touring around Berlin. Apartment was very clean and convenient. Hosts are easy to reach and supportive both by phone and written communications.

Negativ: This may sound funny but we missed a brush to sweep the floor. Even though we took off shoes at the door it would have been handy staying for 5 days. Could get loud outside the door past 10pm as some people were sitting on the windowsill and drinking/smoking.

Positiv: Large and spacious apartment, has everything you need!!! I recommend

Negativ: Bathroom could be more clean, very late check in, feeling of emptiness in the apartment

Great location, a lot of space

Positiv: The apartment is large and well situated. The check-in was rather easy. In the morning we appreciated the coffee maker full of coffee

Negativ: It is in the old apartment building, so noise rules are quite harsh. No loud talk after 8pm

perfect for a short stay of a small group of friends in Berlin!

Positiv: The location was very good, close to a metro and tram station. The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was very cozy, warm and clean. The owners were kind and helpful, they took great care of our needs and helped us in the best way they could!

Negativ: There were not towels in the kitchen nor in the bathroom, so we had to use our own smaller towels for drying our hands and the dishes we washed. Other than that, I cannot not find anything else that was negative!

Worth it!

Positiv: I love everything about this residence. Although the location is quite far from the bus station and train station, but it is easy to access public transport such as trams and buses. There are several supermarkets and halal food restaurants near this apartment. The facilities provided are complete.

Negativ: The floor is a bit less clean and the water heater in the bathroom doesn't work well. There were times when the tap water was not hot and we had to take cold showers.
