Gute Lage, aureichende Ausstattung, Preis-Leistung ok.

Positiv: Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße und ist nur 7 Gehminuten von zwei U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem. Ausstattung der Küche mit Elektrogeräten sehr umfangreich.

Negativ: Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr eher spärlich (z.B. 3 Messer, 1 Suppenteller). Der \

Comfortable, well positioned apartment near parks and shopping.

Positiv: Nice quiet street close to restaurants & shopping centre. The apartment was well equiped. The lift to the 3rd floor was much appreciated.

Negativ: The shower was difficult to stand under & control the temperature. The many extension cords to run lights was a little alarming.

The place is very neat in a very quiet area, several public transportation options very close by.

Positiv: It felt like home, it was perfect for somebody working several days in Berlin. The apartment is very clean and it has everything it needs to make one feel like home. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Nice apartment in quiet, beautiful Schöneberg

Positiv: lovely place in a quiet and beautiful area of schöneberg berlin. We had four train stations we can reach by walking, also many nice restaurants and fancy cafés around. The apartment looks nice and clean ..small but good kitchenette, fast internet, and a small balcony with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable. There is an elevator in the building. From here it was easy to go to Berlin city center we enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très bien équipé dans un quartier très calme, proche du métro et de commerces.

Positiv: L'appartement est très bien placé, dans un quartier calme, et le prix était très raisonnable. Les hôtes étaient aussi très arrangeant pour le check-in et le check-out.

Negativ: Le lit aurait pu être plus confortable, et il n'y a pas de rideau occultant pour la lumière.

Excellent pied à terre pour découvrir Berlin

Positiv: Accueil gentil, très propre, très accessible en transports en commun, flexibilité pour remise des clés. Contient tout le nécessaire, literie confortable.

Negativ: Peu de choses à faire dans le quartier, à 1h du centre à pied mais le prix est du coup plus accessible que dans le Mitte ou alentours ! Peut-être mettre des rideaux opaques car il fait jour tôt le matin.
