Schönes Appartement zum wohlfühlen
Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Berlinbesuch benötigt. Es liegt sehr gut, die U-Bahn Station ist in 2 Minuten und die S-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und man ist in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurant sind ebenfalls in wenigen 100-Meter Entfernung vorhanden. Jorge ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants etc. Sollte es uns wieder nach Berlin verschlagen, würden wir Jorges Apartment sofort wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: Das Studio hat eine super Lage, ca. 3min zur u-Bahn Haltestelle mit guter Verbindung und knapp 10min zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Wedding. Fußläufig sind auch einige Supermärkte zu erreichen, was super ist! Das Studio sah auch genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos: Hell, sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem, tolle Dusche und genug Stauraum gab es auch :) Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend, ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!
Negativ: Gibt nichts zu bemängeln - bin durchweg zufrieden :) Eventuell wäre eine kleine Gardrobe praktisch und der ein oder andere Aufhänge-haken im Bad ;-)

Positiv: Excellent small apartment for single traveler or for a couple. Comfortable bed, kitchenette with all the cooking items and kettle, a walk-in shower. Very good location, a minute walk from U-bahn station. 10 minutes walk to S-bahn station and Edeka. Located on 3rd floor, but with elevator, so easily accessible. The interior design is worth mention separately, the renovated loft vintage feeling with vintage style electricity and taps. Jurgen was extremely friendly and customer oriented, we had excellent communication and everything was done to make my stay there a pleasant experience. Oh, and no street noise whatsoever.
Negativ: Erm... well, a TV maybe? Not that I needed it, but some travellers might be interested.

Amazing location and very comfortable apartment.
Positiv: The location was epic. Very close to metro stations and bus stops, and not that far a walk to the main station. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The bathroom was huge with heated floors. All cleaning products were provided, and they were all eco friendly. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, and included oil, salt and pepper, which is a luxury we haven't seen much on this trip!
Negativ: A microwave would have useful but we got by without it. It also didn't have a TV, but that was fine with us.

Loved it and would happily stay here again if returning to Berlin
Positiv: We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon and loved it. It's a beautiful break from some of the busier areas of Berlin but the U Bahn (U6) is right outside the apartment and this line is very well connected to the tourist sports or busier areas. Apartment was clean and Jurgen has done a fantastic job restoring this factory building in to an attractive industrial style apartment. Jurgen was a very accommodating host who was always on hand to help with recommendations which were all fantastic. If we return to Berlin we will be looking to see if the apartment is available.
Negativ: My wife and I didn't have anything we didn't like.

Negativ: nothing really. The location was not ideal for me, but that all depends on what your purpose is.

Positiv: Grande e accogliente, molto curato e pulito, host molto gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Presente una cucina con tutti gli utensili essenziali, il frigo e la lavatrice
