Super Preis-Leistung u. Lage für Aktionen in Berlin Mitte!
Positiv: Tolle Lage, moderne, gute Ausstattung u. Sauberkeit! Alles, was man braucht im Appartement, incl. Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage - für Berlin Mitte super! (PS: zum Nikolaus stand was vor der Tür - sehr nett u.aufmerksam!)
Negativ: Keine Beanstandungen.

Sehr schöner Berlin Kurzurlaub!
Positiv: Angenehmes gut ausgestattetes Quartier mit Brötchen Service! Gute Lage an der UBahn!! Angenehmes Platzangebot und Personal. Ein geniales Quartier!
Negativ: Schloss war manchmal schwierig zu sperren.

Excellent facilities, location and value for money!
Positiv: Hotel Hapimag was in an excellent location, with the underground and a supermarket nearby, and the Gendarmenmarkt Christmas markets. The apartment was clean, roomy and had plenty of space to unpack. The sofa bed was comfortable for the young adult who slept on it. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a bread roll service that we used for breakfast. We would stay here again when in Berlin.
Negativ: There wasn't anything I thought could be improved.

Nice Place, Good Location, Clean But Rude Receptonist.
Positiv: Location, Cleanliness, Ease of Access, Living Space and Facilities nearby were all good. Nice place if you would like to stay in the center.
Negativ: The girl at the reception was very ill-mannered and tried to argue and lecture me about small things like forgetting to bring the paper from the room (not my job) and how the invoices work if I booked through booking.com. Later I realised she did not have proper access to generate invoices and she was on Holiday and came to work despite that. Nevertheless, not very well behaved, killed the enjoyment and stay of the property.

Warm welcome at the reception desk and good location and space
Positiv: The gentleman at the reception ( Italian guy) was exceptional. So nice and welcomed ; he was doing his best to help . What a luck to have this man in the team .
Negativ: Check in with a code as the reception was closed at 6.00pm .

Lovely apartment in great location.
Positiv: So near to Checkpoint Charlie, and a hop on/off bus stop. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. Kitchen was great, bathroom lovely and very nice beds. Lounge area also great with a small balcony which was nice to step out onto. No issues with the elevators.
Negativ: Situation of bedroom was on a shared balcony so had to keep the blinds closed all the time but that wasn't a massive problem.

Positiv: It is so close to Checkpoint Charlie. You can go to a lot of attractions on foot. There is a closed parking garage and you can rent it for 15 euros daily. There is a dishwasher and two tablets for it are ready to use. The staff is so kind.
Negativ: There is no washing machine. Especially missing the iron is an important lackness for the facility. It is a must-have item for any type of booking facility. There is one filter and one capsule coffee machine. However there is not any coffee in the kitchen. If the facility grants some ground or capsule coffee, this would be very flattering for the guests.

Positiv: Отель на тихой улице, очень комфортный, удобный во всех отношениях, за углом, самая красивая и уютная площадь Берлина на которой Немецкий и Французский соборы,автобусные туры,кафе. Попасть в отель самим просто, в емейле от отеля инструкция.( Мы приехали после 17.00, персонала уже не было.) Квартира чистая, просторная. Гостинная немного неутная, но отличный балкон. Капсулы для кофемашины,воду можно купить на ресепшине.Отопление регулируется,было тепло.Очень приятно провели время.
Negativ: Приветственные пару капсул для кофемашины, сахар,чай,было бы приятно такое внимание,когда с дальней дороги.

Positiv: Mooi, schoon en een rustige locatie met parkeergelegenheid voor. Het appartement was boven verwachting.
Negativ: Dat Nederland niet in de finale van het EK stond.🤓
