Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Positiv: Super Lage, genau gegenüber vom Bhf Lichtenberg, Aufzug vorhanden, Zimmer und Bad geräumig und sauber, hohes, stabiles Bett, alles super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Supermarkt um die Ecke, Rossmann, Edeka, Kik, McDonald und weitere Geschäfte im Bhf. Bester Döner Imbiss vorm Bahnhof - mittig zu den beiden Ausgängen. Mit der S-Bahn nur 20 Min in die Innenstadt.

Negativ: Die Rezeption ist nicht 24/7 besetzt. Je nach Anreisezeit etwas schwierig, aber dann mit Schlüssel kein Problem.

Lovely place to be

Positiv: Personnel in the hotel was very kind and explained how to get to the city centre by public transport and suggested places to visit.

Positiv: Owner was great! We had great time in Berlin because of her. Grilling was great and we loved the yard where we could sit, grill, take few drinks and chill. Location was good, easy to get everywhere from there. Room was big, everything works there. We got free coffee every morning.

Cheap and quiet accommodation for undemanding people

Positiv: We stayed in Bigus for 5 days during our trip to Berlin with my sister. The inn had everything we needed. The host was very nice and helped us. You can buy dishes, cutlery and Nespresso capsule at the reception. The location was also good, it's about 20 minutes from the centre of Berlin.

Negativ: What we didn't like was that there was no warm water, so we couldn't shower the whole time and wash dishes properly. Also there was weak wi-fi signal and noise from trams.

Positiv: Contrary to a lot of negative comments this place was great! The host was very friendly and welcoming and the accommodation is exactly what you pay for - an old-school guest house lodging. Everything was comfortable nevertheless, and it's one of the very few low price location in the entire Berlin that had air-conditioning which was a must in the hot August weather. The host even let us stay longer because both of us got food poisoning the night before (unrelated to the property restaurant) and we couldn't move out by 10 am because we still felt really sick then.

Negativ: There was no hot water most of the days even if we let the tap run for the entire duration of the shower but it was really hot outside so the cold shower wasn't a problem

It was nice , the host was friendly and helpful with mentioning some hotspots and locations

Positiv: I loved the location , it was within proximity to Atm , Italian restaurant , convenience stores, pizzeria shops

Negativ: It was a bit difficult to bath as the hot water pressure wasn't stable , bathroom and toilet was not so clean

Positiv: The woman upfront was very nice and helpful all the time we needed something!

Positiv: Atrašanās vieta lieliska, numurs un iespēja nakšņošanai laba. Varēja uzvārīt kafiju, kas lieliski. Komunikācija laba, neuzkrītoša.

Negativ: Reģistratūrā bija liela nekārtība, smaka. Var redzēt, ka ilgi darbojas, saimnieki paguruši, bet visādi citādi labi.
