Positiv: Die Räumlichkeiten und die Unterkunft an sich war perfekt für mich und meine Familie. Die Lage war TOP und wir werden es für die Zukunft immer in Erinnerung haben.
Negativ: Garnichts! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, saubere gepflegte Unterkunft
Positiv: Dass es eine einfache preiswerte Unterkunft für zwei Nächte ist, das wussten wir vorher, das sagte uns aber auch der günstige Preis. Dafür war es sehr gut. Es war alles sauber und intakt und benutzbar, die Betten waren richtig gut und es fehlte für die zwei Nächte an nichts. Ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Es war auch total ruhig im Hotel und außerhalb des Hotels. Alles ok. Man kann nichts negatives sagen, da müsste man schon suchen und das wäre ungerecht.
Negativ: Für den Preis hat mir alles gefallen. Ist ok für eine einfache kurze Übernachtung in Berlin , will man mehr Luxus muss man mehr zahlen und woanders mieten.

Positiv: Lage in der Nähe des Parks. Ideal mit Kindern. In der Nähe Deutsches Technikmuseum. Gute Verbindung./ Ubahn Ruhig trotz Straße. Sauberes Zimmer, gross!. Grosser Tisch. Küche gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten im Zimmer.
Negativ: Rauchenden müsste geprüft werden. Jalousie im Mittleren Fenster funktioniert nicht. Deswegen Licht von der Ampel im Zimmer.

Gute Unterkunft
Positiv: Großzügige Raumaufteilung. Ruhig gelegen. Ideal für 3 Paare
Negativ: Die Unterkunft ist zu weit vom Potsdamer Platz gelegen, nicht wie auf der Übersichtskarte angegeben. Die richtige Adresse ist allerdings im Inserat hinterlegt

Positiv: A decent apartment near the town center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was flawless with someone waiting for us. Although it was not sure whether we can get more than one set of keys, there were to which was almost enough for 4 persons.
Negativ: Technically, the 'stovetop' from the list of facilities was present, but the hot plates were not working. Bodybuiders note : you have to cook your eggs in the kettle :). Also the hair dryer was in not-so-good condition, emitting some strange noises.

Ok beds, clean but some facilities need upgrading and improving
Positiv: Clean, tidy rooms and share space, lift for bags and easy assess. Ok beds - pillows terrible. Good location and found free street parking (underground parking at the property was at a cost). Good communications
Negativ: Some facilities need looking at - very small fridge for 3 rooms to share - definitely room for a bigger fridge, kettle leaked water everywhere, pots and pans could be upgraded. Terrible pillows. We were also in a room with a frosted glass door - which meant every time someone turned a light in the shared area at night we were woken - definitely needs a curtain

Positiv: Quiet location. The apartment have 3 rooms what they are have a good size.
Negativ: The kitchen don't have too much tools. And the contact before we arrive is little bad b3cause we need call them when we arrived.

Great Apartment if they short out the items I stated it is a gem of a place 😁
Positiv: The Apartment was self-catering it was big and Spacious clean and comfortable We had a great Stay 👍
Negativ: The pillow were 2 soft and not enough We had very little utensils and the lead for the TV was to short to plug in if they could sort these items out it would be a fine place and I would luv 2 go back again because it was a fine place otherwise 😁

Comfortable
Positiv: Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were very accommodating
Negativ: There was construction in the building, and it was quite noisy. However this is not the hosts fault, and I still had a nice stay regardless.
