Good apartment, communication with the host when you need something special could be better

Positiv: apartment ist gepflegt, sauber, unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war nicht ideal bei Nachfrage nach Rechnung, die hatte ich dann aber übersehen

Negativ: Kommunikation zur Anfrage nach einer Rechnung - eventuell aus technischen Gründen wurde auf booking.com im Chat nicht geantwortet - am Ende habe ich meine Rechnung noch bekommen

Guter Aufenthalt

Positiv: Sehr sauber Terrasse ist toll! Und die Nutzung mittels Code ist auch super für Gruppen, kein Schlüssel wird benötigt. Toller Wasserdruck in der Dusche

Negativ: Nur Kleinigkeiten: - sehr strenge und unflexibel Check in Zeiten. Vor Punkt 15:00h geht gar nichts. - kein Duschgel im Spender mehr - kein Schwamm zum putzen des Geschirrs - die Couch ist leider sehr unbequem zum schlafen. Dafür ist das Bett aber umso bequemer - nicht genug Toilettenpapier

Positiv: sehr gute lage in der nähe vom Ostkreuzbahnhof, ruhige angenehme Gegend, check in/out sehr unkompliziert und einfach, schöne saubere Unterkunft

Negativ: die Wände sind nicht so gut schallisoliert, so lang man keinen leichten schlaf hat aber nicht störend Das WC hat minimal gerochen

Positiv: Gute, zentrale Lage, Apartments im Hinterhaus war schön ruhig. Schöner Ausblick in den grünen Hinterhof. Sehr schöner Holzboden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Great place. Would recommened it to a friend and would visit again

Positiv: The property was incredibly clean. Beautiful space with lots of light. I could imagine it to be even nicer in spring/summer to enjoy the patio area. The staff were really prompt and professional at replying. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly.

Negativ: Unfortunately the fridge door didn’t close easily, which I didn’t realise on the first night and I lost all my food due to it not being sealed over night. But once I learned that it was a bit stiff to close, it was ok.

Would stay here again, loved the accomodation. Well equipped kitchen area too. Plenty of space for 4 people :)

Positiv: Everything was perfect. Location was ideal, walkable to bus/ train/ tram. Lovely cafes near by and bars as well as lots of supermarkets. The apartment was comfortable and clean as well.

Nice flat

Positiv: The room was nice - in my opinion the bed was small for two people and I cant really imagine sleeping there with someone else then my tiny bestie. The shower and bathroom overall was clean and also the room was clean. There is also a luggage room if you need to leave your bags there.

Negativ: My only problem is that the only locked door was from the apartment. Anyone could come inside of the building as the front door was open. Apart from that there is a noice monitor in the apartment and we got a message that we are too loud and we should be more quiet. We were not louder than normal - just plaing some music on computer during the day not even on maximum volume.

Hip neighbourhood and easy to get around Berlin

Positiv: Luggage storage available if arriving early or leaving late. Quiet location, looks out onto a garden, fan in the room. Plenty of kitchen utensils provided. Cleaners were friendly. Easy access to fabulous restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Negativ: The room was not set up for three people when I booked for three. I sent multiple messages but the responses were all automated so for the first night my son slept on a makeshift bed. The next morning the cleaner entered the room without knocking however she provided the bedding and towel which was necessary.
