Value for money and comfortable stay

Positiv: It was very clean, comfortable, vfm, great facilities, great communication with owners, easy connection with the airport through S-Bahn, clean. We're very pleased with our stay there overall.

Negativ: The room is in ground floor, which we didn't recall being mentioned and it was quite a suprise in the beginning, but we soon realized that it's a safe neighbourhood and everything was fine, so it's not a big deal.

Positiv: A lot of space. Option to leave the luggage earlier as well as leave it after checking out. Cleanliness of the place. How it’s communicated with the rest of the city.

Negativ: Beds quite unstable, not much light in the apartment

Excellent to be part of the Berlin's daily life.

Positiv: The apartment is located very close to public transport terminals. Making it perfect to reach out to several places.

Negativ: The curtains are not large enough to cover the window, but nothing that could not be fixed.

Spacious family apartment close to public transport

Positiv: We stayed with our two teenager sons for three nights. The apartment was convenient and spacious, offering two double-beds. We intentionally looked for a place with free parking, and we could easily park in the street near the apartment entrance. The large television (with subscriptions) was a nice addition, and we used it to watch a movie. All necessary amenities were there, including sheets, towels, a large refrigerator and a washing machine. The apartment is conveniently located near public transport: we had the bad luck of a two-day strike of busses, trams, and subway: but also the S-bahn (which was running) station is only a short stroll. Also in the direct vicinity there are several restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries.

Negativ: Small things that did not bother our stay much. The door to the bathroom closes a little difficult. There are windows but because apartment on ground floor, these are opaque (rightly so): but that means no direct view outside (not a problem for us). With the white curtains, at night the room stays a bit light, so sensitive travelers may want to bring an eye mask.

Positiv: Posto vicino ai vari mezzi pubblici, quindi molto funzionale. La casa è molto bella e il salotto è ampio.

Consigliato!!

Positiv: Struttura davvero consigliata, vicina al centro e dotata di tutti i confort. Sottolineo che nonostante il freddo intenso dei giorni trascorsi a Berlino l'appartamento è sempre stato bello caldo, i letti comodi e l'ambiente spazioso e pulito. Host molto gentile e disponibile, si è sempre preoccupato che fossimo a nostro agio.
