Positiv: Es war alles da, was man braucht. Unser Aufenthalt war dadurch sehr bequem. Zudem sind wir bei 34°C Außentemperatur angekommen und haben uns sehr gefreut, dass das Appartement runter temperiert war (nicht zu kalt, nicht zu warm). Für unseren Fünfjährigen wurde extra ein Bett im Schlafzimmer aufgebaut, was ihn sehr glücklich gemacht hat. Somit waren alle zufrieden. Danke!

Positiv: 24 h Check in mit Code und somit kein Schlüssel notwendig Ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen, wären sogar 5 Personen möglich Küche vorhanden

Positiv: I recently stayed at Appt Berlin, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff went above and beyond—after I accidentally left one of my presentation bags behind, the admin team kindly arranged to send it to my brother’s house. Their honesty and helpfulness truly impressed me, and I’m very grateful for their support. The location of the hotel is another big advantage. It’s close to many major tourist attractions, which saved us both time and transportation costs during our trip. Being able to walk to so many places made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their service and hospitality. I highly recommend Appt Berlin to anyone visiting the city. Thank you once again for making my stay so pleasant.

Nice location for a nice stay

Positiv: Nice location. Easy to commute with the public transportations. Confortable accommodation

Negativ: A bit more cutlery (we were 5 and there were only 4 forks for instance) and pans would have been appreciated

Small basic apartment with a great location

Positiv: The location is perfect for bars, restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment is clean and functional. Good balance of the cost and value.

Negativ: The place is miniature, good for sleepover if you are sightseeing, but you can't stay there for longer. The door leads straight to the street and you can hear everyone walking by. There was a confusion about the door code, so we had to phone the owner, but it was resolved quickly.

Perfect for our Weekend City Break

Positiv: Great location, lots around to do. Easy access to public transport.

Negativ: I initially found it a little tricky to work out how to switch on the heating and felt a bit cold, but that was entirely down to me rather than the accommodation or host, as there are clear instructions for everything in the apartment. I also wasn’t too keen on the single quilts, as they felt a bit small for me, but there is an extra quilt in the cupboard and plenty of additional pillows available if needed, which was a nice touch.

Very enjoyable, great location

Positiv: Excellent location, keyless entry & detailed welcome information pack. Beds are very comfortable, apartment is warm & plenty of hot water available.

Negativ: More an observation than a dislike but the apartment felt cluttered with furniture, there were only 2 of us staying so not a problem for us but might be for a bigger group. Bathroom is indeed small but it was very clean & well fitted out with a good shower - didn’t bother us.

Really enjoyed Berlin. Would recommend for a city break and the apartment was in a good location.

Positiv: Ease of access to city. Safe, quite, all facilities we needed.

Negativ: Space was only set up for 3 even though we had booked for 7. We had to finish the set up ourselves.
